Clean, great view and location. Supermarket next door. The pool doesn't have sun loungers but only normal plastic chairs. Hardly any sunlight on the pool due to building and sun location. The air-conditioning unit drips water in the rooms. The doors do not properly shut and get stuck on the floor.

The view and location was fantastic. The Sun Umbrella's left in the apartment was a nice touch and we made use of them when visiting the beach No sun loungers round by the pool.

The property was lovely, really clean, modern furniture and interior. It had pretty much everything you needed to cook at the property instead of going out. I am disabled and although the apartment was fine and nice and big the sofa was actually very low and it was pretty impossible to be able to get off it so had to sit either on balconyat the dining table. Although there is a ramp at the back of the building it’s not accessible from there to get to the lift without using steps. access only for wheelchairmobility equipment through the front door.

Only down side was more information on key collection and return also bath mats are a must, floor slippy if wet. Absolutely will recommend done to a very high standard. Will absolutey be booking again x Lack of information about key collection and drop, needs nore towels and bed linen. Maybe serviced apartments an option. Pool only open in June

Great Location, lovely views, had everything we needed. Exactly like Pictures. Kids loved the pool, never too busy, we were always lucky to get a chair, no loungers.

Da vista, camas confortáveis, ac bom, localização ótima, o funcionário que está durante o dia muito simpático e bastante acessível sempre pronto a ajudar, a piscina era boa também Vários eletrodomésticos avariados(forno, exaustor, quando se ligava a torradeira a luz ia abaixo), piso riscado, sofá cheirava mal, cabeceira da cama de casal manchada, cadeiras da varanda bastante sinais de uso, na piscina faltaram as espreguiçadeiras, o elevador não tinha muita limpeza.Faltaram alguns utensílios de cozinha.

La vista impresionante! La limpieza no estaba echa bien! El olor al entrat era fuerte como cuando está cerrado por mucho tiempo! Nos han dejado una fregona no sucia, succciiecisima! No podiasa pasarla que dejaba pelo y suciedad por todo los lados Algunas toallas igual con manchas viejas! Y unas colchas gris gruesas (muy sucias con mamcha incluso sobre ellas!)

The space, the view, the open plan, fixtures & fitting. Having 2 bedrooms is great as we are a couple who travel with father-in-law We have stayed many times before but this time the headboard in front bedroom was heavily stained with tea/coffee coloured stains. Also, the lower shower part was very loose at the wall.

Все было отлично, месторасположение хорошее, в апартаментах комфортно, практически все отлично Был постоянный запах канализации из ванной комнаты, мы закрывали дверь, чтобы запах не распространялся по апартаментам, не хватало мыла для рук возле умывальника в ванной и небольшого мусорного ведра в ванное комнате

Property has a fantastic location overlooking levante beach and next to a great supermarket From When I attended last year the apartment needed some attention. The ceiling over the shower area is cracked with lumps of plaster missing and falling down whilst in the shower. The hand held shower attachment was falling off the wall. The bathroom had no shower mat so I had to use the towels allocated as a shower mat which mad them filthy. The floor was dirty when we got there. There is no cosmetic bin in bathroom so every time I would use makeup remover padsother cosmetic items I had to keep walking to kitchen to put in main bin. The cupboard door to washing machine was hanging off and needs attention. The freezer was so iced over you couldn&rsquot shut the freezer door. There wasn&rsquot a hint of a tea towel to dry kitchen utensils after washing up. There was a cooker hood with lighting over the hob which didn&rsquot work and if you did use the hob the cooker hood is so low down that you hit your head on it.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location, very clean and modern The rain head shower was too large for the cubicle making it difficult to wash your hair. The twin bedroom needed some kind of bedside lamp instead of using the main overhead lights. A bath mat would be useful.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very modern, stylish & clean with everything you could possibly wish for. Massive tv's in the lounge & bedrooms. The kitchen is so well equiped with all mod cons including washing machine & dishwasher, GHD hairdryers & straighteners in both bedrooms. The location is just perfect with an amazing view, highly recommended. Soap dishes in the bathrooms & bedside lights in the second bedroom would be useful but that's about it.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Unas vistas impresionantes y un piso totalmente nuevo y bonito. Cama muy comoda con vistas a la playa. Totalmente equipado. Obras en el 12C, justo encima. Muy dificil descansar ya que las obras empezaban a las 8:00 y a mediodia seguian. El televisor no puede moverse, por lo que al estar junto al ventanal tiene reflejos todo el dia.

Het appartement was erg mooi op een schitterende locatie met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. En het was zeer schoon en een goede service vanuit de receptie bij BenidormBooking. Al met al een geweldig verblijf. Het bankstel in het appartement is aan vervanging toe, deze is helemaal doorgezakt

The view is brilliant right on Levante beach & facilities, great to have Veracruz supermarket for supplies. We have stayed here several times over the last 7 years, smart TV's in all rooms, clean comfortable and sunny, brilliant to walk to eateries & bars. Benidorm booking are really helpful if a problem arises and it's easy to pick up keys and they also leave a complementary wine, water, coffee, milk etc to get your holiday started, really nice touch. A comment is the headboard on queen size bed needs attention ie a good clean but we still had a great stay for a luxury stay, I think toilet paper left should be a better quality and ceiling in bathroom needs attention.

Clean, great view and location. Supermarket next door. The pool doesn't have sun loungers but only normal plastic chairs. Hardly any sunlight on the pool due to building and sun location. The air-conditioning unit drips water in the rooms. The doors do not properly shut and get stuck on the floor.

The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Loads of space and lovely decor. Great location and the views are amazing. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Location, lovely views, had everything we needed. Exactly like Pictures. Kids loved the pool, never too busy, we were always lucky to get a chair, no loungers.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Unas vistas impresionantes y un piso totalmente nuevo y bonito. Cama muy comoda con vistas a la playa. Totalmente equipado. Obras en el 12C, justo encima. Muy dificil descansar ya que las obras empezaban a las 8:00 y a mediodia seguian. El televisor no puede moverse, por lo que al estar junto al ventanal tiene reflejos todo el dia.

The apartment is very good and location is fantastic with a lovely balcony that you can open up the patio doors fully you will struggle to get a better view . The sofa absolutely stung, I would think that it may be that the aircon unit above the sofa as been leaking over a long period off time and the cleaners may think the smell is coming from the drains but even after putting the cushions on the balcony to air it made no difference. We did report it to benibooking office who handles the property. If they sort it out then there is absolutely nothing to complain about and it will not stop me booking again

View overlooking the promenade & beach by all the restaurants & bars. Apartment was spotlessly clean, beds very comfy, all the cutlery kitchenware available. Smart tv's etc Benidorm booking staff response and helpful with any queries. We had a fabulous stay one of our favourite apartments when visiting Spain. Nothing.
