Hotel and pool area was nice. Room was dated, we moved hotels as didn’t no the kids areas were under construction. Was able to get a quick refund with no issue.

Room was nice, staff were all lovely. We had a great time. There is construction across the road though and that was pretty noisy

The room was very clean. Staff were lovely at all times. Greeted you with a smile and were always very helpful. The amenities were fantastic as were the restaurants and cafe. Tram stop only a five minute walk.
