The hotel location is perfect. It is a very nice neighbourhood and it is easy to reach many points of interest in London. The hotel is nice and clean.

Overall our stay was fairly good. The staff were excellent; friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent with a tube station and tourist bus close by. The Executive room we stayed in however, was below the standard we expected. The refrigerator didn’t work. Some bathroom tiles were held on with adhesive tape. The bath and surrounds were chipped in parts and had been poorly repaired. The chrome had worn off the tap over the vanity. The welcome which came up on our television each morning greeted people other than ourselves. This was a little off putting and was in no way welcoming for us.

Pointless doing a bag drop before checking in if it’s a small bag! At least let the customer decide. Same goes for conversions when buying at your restaurant. The staff should NOT decide which conversion to use - the customer should decide!! The hotel itself is stuffy and outdated. Rooms was not particularly clean. Vents were covered in dust and the room was COLD! Lastly the works taking place is extremely loud and intrusive.
