Cozy city apartment in Schwäbisch Hall

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and located close to the center of Schwäbisch Hall. From a cleanliness standpoint, the apartment was pretty clean. I will note that the coffee grounds from the previous tenancy was left there in the machine. Otherwise, the apartment was clean. From a listing perspective, the only item I would take issue with was the advertising of a washer and dryer. There were none. However, the owner did provide a listing of a facility for washing. The parking situation, like many other places, was a bit challenging, but nothing too strenuous. I would recommend this place as I stated before it was a pleasant stay for us.

The communication with Thomas was excellent. Everything in the apartment was clean and labelled clearly. The garden and view from the garden are great. This was our second stop on a vacation in Germany and was a nice respite from the hotel routine; you feel part of the Swabian culture staying here. Thomas also provides reading materials in the apartment with information about Schwaebisch Hall and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

Geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes kleines Appartement im Souterrain. Sehr ruhige und attraktive Lage mit Blick über Schwäbisch Hall. Innenstadt gut und in relativ kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine kleine saubere Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung und in Laufnähe zur Stadt, bequeme Betten, ein idyllischer privater und liebevoll begrünter Außensitz mit Panoramablick und freundliche, aufmerksame Vermieter: Was will man mehr?!Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt und und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr angenehme, saubere, absolut ruhige Wohnung, die küchentechnisch gut ausgestattet ist. Der Blick auf SHL ist sehr schön. Selten haben wir so zuvorkommende, nette Vermieter getroffen. Es war alles bestens organisiert. Herzlichen Dank Herr Dr. Huber (auch wenn der akad. Titel, wie Sie sagten, für die Vermittlung einer FeWo nicht relevant ist). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
