Stayed 5 nights

Everything is always perfect at this hotel. It’s in a great location and from the first contact with the reception staff the whole 5 days were brilliant. Stunning views, beautifully maintained & clean rooms, great spa & pool and very good restaurant/bar food. There are bikes to hire, too. Such a great team of staff but I’m afraid I don’t know their names to thank them individually.

Our stay was wonderful; the room was spotless and cozy, with a breathtaking view. We enjoyed a warm, restful night. One area for improvement might be the restaurant, as prices are rather steep—almost £40 for a main course. I expected a larger portion, but it was just a single piece of sea bass, which had a fishy flavor.

Nice hotel but pool closed with no warning, staff smiling & helpful, just not enough of them. Service with a smile but slow. Everyone gave up and simply went to bar themselves. Bar ok if you like whiskey, somewhat limited if you don't. Room clean but radiator in bathroom didn't work, overall ok but personally would challenge a 4 star hotel rating

The room was fantastic we paid for a king with a sea view, we had a really busy day and thought staying here would be great, we arrived and the pool was closed we were not told during the booking this was the case, when it came to dinner the ordering was made really difficult with staff confusing what was going on, the food we ordered was put on another table, Looks great and the food is nice but the service from some of the bar and restaurant staff is somewhat lacking Probably wouldn't stay again
