The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the room was immaculate, really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was amazing ! Lots to choose from, will definitely stay again!

All was very good, nice clean comfortable room nice breakfast but the car parking arrangements were farcical. I tried to pay on arrival in the car park but the one machine would not make a charge against of the 4 cards I presented... I tried to pay in reception on checkout but could not I tried to pay with the accommodation bill at reception but was told I couldn't.. So back to the car park and tried the machines again.. Failed this needs sorting out.

staff excellent very professional carng impressed i must say i was stayed with my Autistic grandson a little confusing i booked family roon due to his needs but had a double room not ideal but manageable breakfast good bar area excellent i would recommend the hotel i am booking again for September thank you fir my stay julia clarke
