Location is super good and room was clean

Great room and massive bed. All clean and tidy. Excellent location for old town and main square. Had room 9 Double. Shower great. Lovely and quiet.

The hotel has no receptionist, and the room code was sent by email, which worked fine. On the first day, I emailed a simple question, and on the second day, I sent another message about a concern. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply, even after two weeks. The main positive is the location — right in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city.

The location was excellent and the apartment was quaint and lovely. It’s right in the middle of everything but still quiet at nights. The bathroom did let it down slightly, but the biggest issue is that the room isn’t serviced. With a family of four for three nights this meant that the rubbish bin was overflowing. It would have been good if even just the rubbish bin was emptied.

A bit different to find this property at first. But location is so super.
