City Golf Club Motel

Great spot stayed in executive king, some strange choices that made some things difficult to use for someone planning to work I the space i.e. desk space was cane furniture making it feel cheap and uncomfortable, it was also quite dim once it got dark, making it difficult to work within, was unable to change direction of lighting as lamp design meant they were in a fixed position, not allowing movement of the lamp head. Other less problematic things for a work trip included the under bench bin should be flip top or something easy to use, instead the top was a lift up one, meaning the bin had to be removed from the cupboard to be able to be used. Inside kettle was blue, I've never seen this, apparently doesnt affect usability but still made me question what I was boiling. Fantastic bathroom and shower pressure, would recommend for these features if looking for this, was great! Size of the glass wall in shower was strangely small meaning ater didn't necessarily stay in shower area but sprayed out to while of bathroom (guessing due to reguIations). Overall this was nice and I would recommend if looking for a comfortable place to stay but not for a work trip. Staff were great and super helpful, you could tell they wanted you to have a good stay, unfortunately there were just some design flaws that aren't the staffs fault that let this down for me for a work trip in particular. Slept well, comfortable bed.

Advertised the property as on the ground floor and suitable for elderly but there was 5 steps down and also overlooking the golf course, if you stood on a chair you could just see the course
