There is a train that literally runs through the facility located less than 109 yards away. Making the loud train horns unbearable. The tracks also help to screw up finding directions on Waze The neighborhood was dangerous.the uneven sidewalk cracks and holes big enough to swallow a medium size child were at every corner. Homeless people accost you. The holes and uneven pavement will twist an ankle right outside the door. The staff was very rude when an elderly lady in her 70”s was turned away and the staff woman told her that it wasn’t her problem that she made a stupid mistake by booking a mail dorm room and then said that they were full and wouldn’t even help her find something else and it was dark outside. If it were me I would have found at least one of the inside couches and let her stay there, but that’s just me and there were three different buildings. The building that we slept in, didn’t even have a microwave or coffee maker available and we had to go next-door up some treacherous stairs to the main facility where the outdoor kitchen is located that is shared amongst all three buildings. It would have been nice if there was a small kitchenette area so we didn’t have to go outside the premises.
