overall ok. Some of the pictures shown in the ad are from a nearby restaurant, where you go for breakfast. It is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was quite cold and the heat pump was not working. The staff helped cleaning the filters and an extra sheet.

Breakfast is ok

Room clean and comfartable nice having the extra room to relax in too.... Good shower and comfartable bed.... only problem we had was not being able to operate any of the Televisions....but then it didnt bother us as all we wanted was News channel... Only negative i would say was it was a very noisy at night trying to sleep with street noise and front door slamming with guests coming and going .... otherwise it was good...

Central location Ideal for exploring Florence. Small lift to reception, quick check in despite being busy. Large room, no view but quiet at night. Unsure if aircon was working as the room was very hot, kettle was broken but replaced on request. We booked breakfast but didn't realise that it was in a separate restaurant 2 blocks away! Breakfast was adequate but was not very convenient or made clear when booking our stay. Plenty of closer places for breakfast. Luggage can be stored which was useful.
