A fine hotel for a short stay. Close to the Tram and airport. Breakfast was good

I used the hotel for overnight stay before surgery at nearby hospital. Didn't use any of the amenities. It is a budget hotel and therefore there are no frills but room had everything that was needed. Price I felt was still on the high side but this is Edinburgh. Overall for a cheap night I would certainly use again.

Very suitable for a quick stay but no great food: a panini with a mere sliver of ham and and cheese in bread with all the freshess and moisture of a piece of cardboard. Bring your own sandwiches

Convenient for both the tram and train. Friendly check in. Clean, warm and comfortable. Looking a bit tired in places.
