The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Comfort Room, which is in an annex outside of the main hotel. The room was comfortable and clean but the style of that part of the hotel felt dated. We stayed on half board basis; there was a reasonable choice and the food was fine, but due to the popularity of the hotel it felt more like a canteen environment as opposed to a restaurant at the evening meal.

Breakfast was very mediocre. No fresh omelette. Coffee was horrible. Few fruit options. The staff was amazing. Hotel needs better vacuum in the common areas. Parking can be difficult if you arrive after 5 pm. Very safe grounds.

It was fine. The room could do with some updating. We sat on the balcony and so did smokers on other balconies. Maybe designate a smoking and nonsmoking parts of the hotel so they don’t interfere with each other. North section no smoking and south section smoking.
