Big room but less space for clothes or work on desk / table ( e.g. laptop). Breakfast they offer three styles, japanese, pancake, western, but are flexibel, that's good. Breakfast Service people not good organized. Overall optical is exzellent but details not good organized

This is an exceptional property! The service is beyond excellent! The room was outstanding. The atmosphere is one of peace and tranquillity.. We had a 9 course meal at Singular which is in one of the top dinner experiences we have ever had! Absolutely if in Kyoto, stay at Garrya Nijo Castle!

Beautifully appointed room. Felt like a restful oasis, after a strenuous day. Everything was the highest quality and the staff were helpful and polite and seemed to genuinely care that we were happy. Loved the place.
