Room was clean and location was excellent. Unable to sleep due to constant noise from street. Any room facing the street had noise the entire night. It was a bit to carry luggage up three flights of stairs especially large luggage from extended trips.

The staff were amazing! We arrived early to drop off our cases, the reception was closed. After a quick phone call the lady gave us the code so we could put the cases in the office. When we returned later the lovely gentleman had already put our cases in our room! The room was incredibly spacious with everything we needed. The hotel is located so close to everything! It’s a 10/10 from us and we’ll definitely be returning.

The staff were lovely and happy to help, the room was spacious, clean and filled with plenty of complimentary teas and coffee. Only issue we had was trying to get the shower to heat up. Location was very ideal as it was close to everything. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.
