The guy who checked me in was so lovely as well as the lady who checked me out. His name was Harman or something similar and the lady was Ellie or Ella. She did give me a card but I misplaced it. Both of them listened and helped accommodate my stay so I could work in the morning peacefully from my room. Great facility and love the 24hour room service which is amazing for after a show.

Overpriced , Over Rated, under preformed !! Something has to be wrong when the price per Sq.ft for parking your car is more than the equivalent price for your room , which wasn’t cheap in the first place. Paying £269 for a basic room is not cheap anyway but when topped up by £30 a head for breakfast and £52 for car parking it makes for an expensive overnight stay. Sure location is great if visiting the O2 as we were but outside of this our stay was disappointing, from being interrupted in our room to poor staff attitude this hotel fell short of our expectations from this brand. Thankfully the professional attitude of the young lady on Guest Relations went some way to save the situation, but I would prefer to not have to highlight errors when staying in a so called 5* hotel. If you are happy to pay the premium for closeness to the O2 arena then carry, on but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Bed was really big and comfortable, staff were very good, breakfast was good with a nice variety. The room was far too hot and the air con didnt help which was annoying. Excellent link to the o2 for concerts.
