The staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and accommodating. The room was a good size and well equipped and even had Netflix. The area is great for getting to Jalgachi Market and lots of restaurants and shops nearby plus the metro for ease of getting around. We would have stayed longer but they were fully booked.

Clean, reliable WiFi, breakfast was okay. Good location for sight seeing but can be noisy due to the neighbourhood is noisy.

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are clean, the bed is confortable and the bathroom is nice. The building is a bit old but it's very well located, next many activities and subway. The staff is really great and the breakfast is really good and copious. The terrasse is also a bit old and need a refreshing but overall the hotel is really pleasant.

Room was ok. Can improve on the cleaning as there were some hairs in the bathroom and on the towels. The air conditioning didn’t work, so it was always very hot in the room. On a good note, the staff are helpful, and there are some great massage chairs in the reception area.
