The room was a bit crowded but the staff was always helpful, the cleaning people were responsive. Beds were not the greatest. We might have been happier in a location a bit closer to the museum area

Stunning hotel. The design and decor is beautiful. The hotel and rooms are exactly like the photos. The hotel is very well located, close to transport links, shopping, restaurants, and tourist sites. Only bugbear is that the rooms at the very top, whilst spacious and beautiful, had slanted roofs that prevented even someone of 5"5 being able to take a shower. A warning at check-in or booking would have been helpful. However, we still enjoyed some lovely baths. Also, a regular re-stock of amenities, teas, coffees, bathroom products would also be preferred.

Very good location very clean hotel and professional staff. Bright room. But I was at room 504 and was afraid to open windows as it seemed unsafe (balcony attached to other rooms) so this meant my room was very hot
