Property was Amazing and Excellent View s Staff was great enjoyed the swim up pols. And hot springs water

Nice staf checking in. Dirty room, 1 of my pillows had 15 stains of yellow fluid ! Terrible breakfast, almost nothing to choose from, no waiter to serve you coffee etc., Hotel only survives for the Hot pools and a small infinity pool with beautiful view of Arenal. Also don’t expect to sleep, families shouting and at 6:00 staff start up a high pressure water gun and start a super noisy cleaning. Absolutely not worth the money, choose any other Hotel in the Neighborhood.

Excelente hotel

The room was clean, the free breakfast was great, and the hot springs were a welcome addition at the end of a long day. The bar served good cocktails and the staff was very attentive to guests staying at the hotel. There were a lot of day use guests that seemed to clear out by about 8pm. The rooms were like boxes…not much natural light or views of anything except the hedges or staircases leading to the rooms above you.

Friendly staff! Our rental car company left us without a car and they arranged for someone to pick us up from San José!! Chill atmosphere responsive staff!! Really the best experience I have ever had at a resort!! All the hot springs so nicely kept and accessible!! ❤️❤️❤️
