Terrible communication from the VRBO owner.

Mixed Experience with VRBO/Expedia Booking After booking a stay through VRBO/Expedia, I encountered significant challenges in connecting with the host. Despite multiple attempts, I struggled to establish communication until the host eventually reached out to me. This lack of responsiveness led to a particularly difficult experience, which was exacerbated by the fact that it occurred while traveling at night. However, amidst these difficulties, the host displayed exceptional service by arranging a taxi for us at 4:30 am to take us to the airport. Not only did the taxi arrive punctually, but the host also ensured that everything was in place, waiting outside to ensure a smooth departure. Overall, while the initial communication and connectivity issues were disappointing, the host's ultimate assistance in organizing the airport transfer was commendable. This mixed experience leaves me with conflicting feelings about my booking process through VRBO/Expedia.
