Little Savoy Guest House new

Little Savoy in Runaway Bay, St. Ann was a major disappointment. The property appears poorly maintained and in serious need of renovation. The hot water was unreliable, the toilet did not flush properly, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were old and worn. Cleanliness was also a major issue, with roaches in the bathroom, dirt under the sink and in the closet, and even dog feces near the patio/dining area. Check-in was frustrating, as I had to wait outside in the rain for quite some time before being let in. The only positive part of my stay was the massage service, which was very good. Runaway Bay is a beautiful area, but this property needs to close temporarily, clean thoroughly, renovate, and improve guest service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Everything was great the staff extra great. The amenities was great for the price of the place and it is so beautiful peaceful and quiet. Very cozy and comfortable. It is a place where you can have wedding reception party with friends or just a quiet spot for you and your partner. I will be going back there soon I love this place and it's not too far for the beach within walking distance and if you don't feel like walking the taxi stand is right around the corner and you can get to the beach less than five mins. Food places all around and if you drink bars and night clubs are all around as well. This is a great spot don't wait Book Your Trip Now!

The place worked well for us for the price. Key highlights: They upgraded us to the honeymoon suite at no additional charge because the AC in our room was not working. They take safety very serious. Nobody will knock on your door or come into your room unless you request service. So we felt very safe. Location was also convenient. I give them four stars because the room was quite dusty, and there was a sewer stench in the bathroom. water had probably noot been run in a while.
