This hotel is truly cleaner than most, and my wife and I are very conscious on that issue. Primarily what we noticed was hand smudges on doors, light switch covers, etc. Maybe not a big deal, but it is important in rating how clean a room is and what stands out. We also don't care for the low-rise toilet, which feels like it is installed for a toddler. Now for the good side of what we noticed. Great buffet breakfast that could use better coffee, but the food selection was very good, and the taste and cleanliness was excellent. The shower was excellent and the HVAC system with thermostat on the wall worked to perfection, which is not often found anywhere. The queen bed was little on the soft side for my liking, but certainly did sleep well. The small refrigerator worked great, as well as the microwave. Maybe small to some in importance, but none the less great little amenities. Last, but not least, a very good room rate for the benefits as described.

The hotel need a deep cleaning inclusing the room, elevators and gym. The breakfast was good and the person cooking and covering the breakfast room was great. The hotel doesn't feel safe, anyone can access the elevators. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping places.

It was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful and accomodating. We would vertainly stay again.

The hotel room was not very clean. We checked in our room and there was old cereal and noodles inside the ac unit. I then pulled back the sheets covers to check the sheets amd there were long pieces of black hair in the bed sheets. I went to the lobby amd asked for another room the attendant was very nice and apologized and gave us a new room promptly. The second room was a little better but still not great. There was trash behind the night table and a used cup under the sofa chair. One of The outlets was not working on the nightstand lamp and there was also thick debris and dust inside rhe bathroom fan vent. The room had a sort of moldy smell and we probably would not stay here again bc of the lack of cleanliness. Lots of pple smoking outside the building caused the hallways to smell like weed smoke at night. Parking was good and not hard to find. The staff was all very nice and attentive. And the breakfast was very good and fresh and probably the highlight of our stay. The location was great as well and if the hotel got a revamp and better cleaners we would probably come again.
