The room wasn't that clean but the bed was clean the floor was just a little bit dirty everything else was okay there's a lot of pools and the best part is the barbecue if we didn't have a kitchen we still go outside and barbecue and parking is free I grew up in the new place so it was okay

Pessimas instalações, e varios usuarios de droga gas hospedados , inclusive quando cheguei para fazer o check in que é por traz de uma janela na rua, havia um homem sentado em um banco a 5 metros de distância proximo a piscina, que estava hospedado no quarto 517 e quando saiu para fumar ele estava nu, somente com uma camiseta , por sorte não havia mulheres por perto.. INACREDITÁVEL!!!

I always enjoy staying at any of the Richard's Hotels in Hollywood. The staff is the absolute best especially a mature gentleman by the name of Steven. Also Jennifer and Shawn always cater to my every need.

Outlets next to bed did not work. Lights on night stand didn’t work. Door locks are from last century. Required a cash deposit so better have cash. Check in was horrible. Didn’t seem like a bad area of town but based on the security you would think it’s in the slums. Towels where maybe one ply and old. No place in bathroom to put stuff. Traveler be aware!
