Exceptionally clean and well-maintained, excellent location, nice, quiet community, conveniently located to area attractions but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. The house is full of tiny black bears everywhere, and my toddler loved trying to find them all. The kitchen is surprisingly well-stocked with nice utensils. Owner was very accommodating with questions. Beds were super comfy, hot tub was awesome. Definitely recommend for small families :)

The cabin was perfect for us to stay and relax before and after attending a wedding. The hot tub was delightful and relaxing. The only recommendation would be to make trash disposal easier as we were not able to find the trash bins to dispose. Other than that, a perfect place to stay for any event.

Cabin was nice and clean. Trouble with shower head leaking badly, and the hot tub was difficult to open and some jets not working. I had to be in tub to completely open cover.

Location was good. Prefer to be a little further away from the hype. Nice quiet community. Cabin furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen furnishing were good. As far as trash drop off. That needs major improvement!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice, clean and well stocked. The only recommendation i have is to maybe add a small coffee bar. The cabin does have a regular coffee pot but it would a nice bonus! Definitely recommend any of the cabins in this area. The pool in the community was also nice After a long got day of exploring.

Everything was great except for the mold and mildew on the shower curtains and inability to locate the trash dumpsters. We had to take trash to another location. Very inconvenient!!!

Wonderful cabin in a beautiful location. Beds and furniture were comfortable and property was immaculate. Do bring your own shampoo and conditioner as this wasn’t provided, though there is ample cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Fabulous place and would definitely stay again.

Overall the cabin was nice and a comfortable place to stay. I didn’t realize it would take us 30 minutes to get to the ballpark due to speed limits. Also the cable box in the master bedroom did not work.

4.7 out of 5 stars from us. Great cabin for a couple or couple with one or two children. Perfect if you have an older person - it is a single story cabin, so no stairs to worry about. Great porch. Location is fantastic - close to downtown Sevierville. Only one switchback to get to the cabin, so icing/snow not an issue. If I had to correct anything about this cabin, it would be an update to the instructions - check-in instructions indicated a lock box at the door would have a key. From the street, the first door is NOT the door where the lockbox is located. There is a second door around the back of the porch, which is where the lockbox is located. The key isn't necessary because a call to the host resulted in a code to use at the first door. Also, the instructions indicating location of trash dumpsters for the end of your stay wasn't correct. Again, a call to the host quickly solved the issue. If you want a fire in the fireplace, bring a starter log or appropriate kindling, as there was nothing like that at the cabin. It was in the 30's during our stay, so we lit a fire each night. Also, bring along toiletries, as the only items in the bathrooms was a small, hard soap for washing hands. Great cabin! My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the cabin over the last few days! Very clean, great location, and had everything we needed for our trip. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. The only issue we had was trying to find the trash dumpster at the end of our stay, but we were able to contact our designated person to get more specific information and then found it. Highly recommend this property, and plan to return in the future!!

We were in Sevierville area for our daughter's high school basketball tournament and needed to stay somewhere not too far from the high school. This was the perfect location for us and we had a nice time, despite the traffic. For future planning, I would highly suggest avoiding the week between Christmas and New Years for a relaxing trip.The cabin was very nice, comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy and that is just what we needed. The wood fireplace was a high point for me. We really enjoyed watching bowl games and poking the fire.Rental agency was very good with excellent instructions and communication.Our ONLY complaint is that we could not find the garbage area and ended up taking our garbage home with us. We drove around and could not find the dumpster. No big deal--next time we will bag it all up and leave by the door.

The stay was great, and well furnished, the neighbors were nice and friendly, shopping was really nice, my guest and myself met lots of good people, and the owners were like family.

The cabin was clean well supplied well maintained . Beds were comfortable The hot tub was also clean and relaxing. The community pool was great at the end of day in August it was very refreshing and it was clean and also well maintained Location of the cabin was also great close but not to close from all the action. AWSOME !!

Overall the cabin was nice and a comfortable place to stay. I didn’t realize it would take us 30 minutes to get to the ballpark due to speed limits. Also the cable box in the master bedroom did not work.

Location was good. Prefer to be a little further away from the hype. Nice quiet community. Cabin furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen furnishing were good. As far as trash drop off. That needs major improvement!!!

This sweet cabin was perfect for us. We loved the location and the fact that the cabins were spaced far enough apart to feel secluded. It was super clean and comfortable. I would definitely rent this cabin again when we come to the area.

We went to Sevierville for a wedding and this cabin was in a perfect location. The other couple that was going to come had health issues so it was just me and my husband. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy the area. It is close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Smokey Mountain National Park. Lots to do!

My and my family attended a Hardware Convention at the Sevierville Convention Center.This was our first trip with our 1st grand baby girl.Cabin had what we needed, easy access & quiet neighborhood.

We were in Sevierville area for our daughter's high school basketball tournament and needed to stay somewhere not too far from the high school. This was the perfect location for us and we had a nice time, despite the traffic. For future planning, I would highly suggest avoiding the week between Christmas and New Years for a relaxing trip.The cabin was very nice, comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy and that is just what we needed. The wood fireplace was a high point for me. We really enjoyed watching bowl games and poking the fire.Rental agency was very good with excellent instructions and communication.Our ONLY complaint is that we could not find the garbage area and ended up taking our garbage home with us. We drove around and could not find the dumpster. No big deal--next time we will bag it all up and leave by the door.

We loved the cabin, just as we did the last time we were there. The last time we visited, we suggested that you change the code on the door to match the guests last four digits of their cell phone, as most other VRBO’s do. It’s a little disconcerting that the code was and still is the address. Just didn’t feel all that safe, like anyone could just walk in. Just a thought. It’s the perfect place for a small family or two couples.

Cabin was nice and clean. Trouble with shower head leaking badly, and the hot tub was difficult to open and some jets not working. I had to be in tub to completely open cover.
