By making a reservation, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed below which form the basis of your contract with Quarenghi16. In the Terms & Conditions set out below, 'Guest' , 'they' and 'their' refers to all persons named on the booking, which includes any individual(s) subsequently added or substituted at a later date. 'We', 'us' and 'our' all refer to Quarenghi16.

Cancellation policy: 21 days before arrival. incase of a cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Check in from 15:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 10:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes not included - City tax : 6% on the total bill for maximum 5 nights.

1. SMOKING
The Guesthouse has a strict Non-Smoking Policy.
All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors. Breaching this term will result in a penalty charge of ?100, plus any loss of revenue for not being able to rent the room due to the smoke residue should guests smoke in this room.
2. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check in times are specified on booking confirmations. Should guests wish to check in outside of the times specified they must confirm this directly with us.
In the event that guests attempt to check-in outside of the stated times without prior arrangement, we may cancel the booking and retain any amount we are entitled to retain as stated in the cancellation policy section of the booking confirmation.
The check-out time is also specified on booking confirmations.
3. PETS/ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed in the premises.
3. CLIENT'S USE OF THE GUEST HOUSE / DAMAGE
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to Guest House property, furnishings, fittings or equipment, or by any member of their party, sub-contractor or guests. The Guest House will require immediate payment to remedy any damage caused. It is recommended that appropriate insurance is obtained to cover any liability.
All clients must comply with the regulations of the guesthouse, whether internal or enforced by third parties, including licensing, health and safety, and fire.
All clients should not bring/invite anyone into the property that is not booked or registred to stay.
The Guest House reserves the right to charge the provided credit card with any unpaid charges discovered after the Client has checked out.
4. EXTRAS
When reserving the car park guests are still required to pay the ?15 for their space unless they give 7 days notice that they no longer need it.
Porperty does not accept arrivals and departures on Saturdays and Sundays. In case you book your check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday, your booking will be cancelled.
