Haven’t stayed here for a while and booked last minute . Very nice rooms , very clean , everything you need . Choice of tea coffee hot chocolate and bottled water to drink with a pack of biscuits . Bed very comfy , bathroom very modern . Well worth the money we paid . Had a drink in the bar before we went out for tea and again when we got back . Great service . We didn’t stay for breakfast this time so can’t comment on that .

Heating a bit difficult to understand towel rail didn’t seem to work. Room clean. Small but we knew that. Didn’t like the shower/wet room set up but personal opinion. A lot of the floor got wet. A great hotel for events at Venue Cymru and a good car park. All staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel,staff friendly,room allocated was small but did the job for one night.Would definately stay again but would possibly book a different type of room. Apart from this very satisfied,great to have parking too.

On the seafront with private parking. Great breakfast.. Friendly welcoming staff. Cosy lounge. Great quality toiletries. Excellent finish to a modern comfortable room with a fridge and HVAC. Liked it so much we have 2 more stays booked for 2025.

Staff very helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Very warm but managed to work out how to use air conditioning. Fridge in room. And lots of extra little features. Motion sensor to light around bathroom mirror. Difficult to know that its there as underneath. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Including bottled water and hot chocolate. The sortbread bisuits were gorgeous. I didnt dine at the hotel so unable to comment. Parking free. Only one down side. I was kept awake by someone coughing in the room next to me. The next rooms bathroom appeared to be next to mine and built into the space within my room . So the sound carried from their room . Found some ear plugs and eye mask in the room but too late . Never mind. Would love to come back for a proper stay but maybe in a different room .

Lovely overall experience. Hotel staff friendly. The hotel has just had a complete revamp and is in really excellent condition. The bar, restaurant and rooms are all finished to a high standard. AJ - the bar guy on duty was particularly good. Not only serving hotel guests, but diners having their evening meal and a massive influx of non residents who came in for a drink before the Paul Weller gig that was on next door that night. Breakfast was very nice. We will return.

The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. The usb ports are great for people who, like me, frequently forget to take a plug. There was an extensive selection of extras, and the milk was in the fridge. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of items. But the most important question about the stay - how did we sleep? The beds were very comfy and it was an excellent night's sleep. Highly recommended!

What an amazing hotel all round and just simply stunning in every way. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we had nothing but one of the best stays we have ever had. The hotel is of the highest standard you can imagine and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are what you would hope for in every way. The choice of high class furnishing and simple stuff like bedding makes this such a comfortable and high class stay. When the hotel has been refurbished, they have chosen well in every aspect. The room we had had a wonderful Seaview and we slept like Kings in a huge bed. The breakfast was also nothing short or something you would find in a high class restaurant and the team made every effort with Service. Thanks again to all the staff as they were all so polite welcoming and friendly.

Front desk staff could try to be a bit friendlier, I had a feeling the lady behind the desk didn’t want me there, probably my Eastern European appearance bothered her. What I didn’t like so much about the room were the curtains that didn’t fully close making it a bit of a privacy issue and the shower which you couldn’t run at normal water pressure due to water not draining fast enough and slowly backing up towards carpeted area. Room was very nice and clean, lots of good quality toiletries (shower gel and soap did not feel like average cheap stuff hotels usually provide) including comb and shaving kit for gents (nice touch), nice big windows with lots of light, a great victorian room refurbished to a high standard. Parking was free and included which was the main reason we chose this hotel and location is good with close proximity to promenade and other local area attractions. Breakfast was disappointing despite costing £40 for 2 people, 1 small egg, 1 lonely hasbrown, 1 sausage and a few very dry bacon rashes, beans didn’t taste very good.

Helpfulness of staff. Location was excellent & loved the ambience, not just the hotel but the town. Beaut bathroom but could do with somewhere to put lady's bath requisites. Also lovely breakfasts & dining staff especially young girl.
Helpfulness of staff. Location was excellent & loved the ambience, not just the hotel but the town. Beaut bathroom but could do with somewhere to put lady's bath requisites. Also lovely breakfasts & dining staff especially young girl.

HI, the hotel was recommended to us so for our 64th wedding anniversary we booked a sea view room. We were most impressed with the hotel, our room was really nice. The food was first class. The disappointment was there was no heat in the bathroom the radiator was not working. I advised the staff, all of whom were really nice a friendly. A guy came the next morning and bled the rad, but it didnt need bleeding he said "they need an engineer" . So for the duration of our say the bathroom was cold, very cold first thing in the morning. This was not what was expected of a premium hotel. However, putting that aside, we really enjoyed our say

This is a gem of a place. I travel to Llandudno a lot and I always try and stay here. Staff are extremely friendly. Lovely rooms. Clean and tidy. Food is fantastic. And a great location. I cannot fault it.

Lovely overall experience. Hotel staff friendly. The hotel has just had a complete revamp and is in really excellent condition. The bar, restaurant and rooms are all finished to a high standard. AJ - the bar guy on duty was particularly good. Not only serving hotel guests, but diners having their evening meal and a massive influx of non residents who came in for a drink before the Paul Weller gig that was on next door that night. Breakfast was very nice. We will return.

The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. The usb ports are great for people who, like me, frequently forget to take a plug. There was an extensive selection of extras, and the milk was in the fridge. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of items. But the most important question about the stay - how did we sleep? The beds were very comfy and it was an excellent night's sleep. Highly recommended!

Such a convenient location for the shops and also the Theatre and restaurants. We did eat in the restaurant which was so pleasant and the staff are very helpful. They do Gluten free too, which was great for me the food overall is amazing. There is air con and a fridge which work very well.

What an amazing hotel all round and just simply stunning in every way. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we had nothing but one of the best stays we have ever had. The hotel is of the highest standard you can imagine and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are what you would hope for in every way. The choice of high class furnishing and simple stuff like bedding makes this such a comfortable and high class stay. When the hotel has been refurbished, they have chosen well in every aspect. The room we had had a wonderful Seaview and we slept like Kings in a huge bed. The breakfast was also nothing short or something you would find in a high class restaurant and the team made every effort with Service. Thanks again to all the staff as they were all so polite welcoming and friendly.

Front desk staff could try to be a bit friendlier, I had a feeling the lady behind the desk didn’t want me there, probably my Eastern European appearance bothered her. What I didn’t like so much about the room were the curtains that didn’t fully close making it a bit of a privacy issue and the shower which you couldn’t run at normal water pressure due to water not draining fast enough and slowly backing up towards carpeted area. Room was very nice and clean, lots of good quality toiletries (shower gel and soap did not feel like average cheap stuff hotels usually provide) including comb and shaving kit for gents (nice touch), nice big windows with lots of light, a great victorian room refurbished to a high standard. Parking was free and included which was the main reason we chose this hotel and location is good with close proximity to promenade and other local area attractions. Breakfast was disappointing despite costing £40 for 2 people, 1 small egg, 1 lonely hasbrown, 1 sausage and a few very dry bacon rashes, beans didn’t taste very good.

I had called to confirm the booking and checked that there were vegan items on the breakfast menu and that they had soya milk, to which they answered yes to both questions. However, there was only one vegan option available, which was mushrooms on toast. It arrived with one piece of sourdough and a few mushrooms. Definitely not worth £19.95 and I was very disappointed. I think they could easily offer a vegan cooked breakfast with some of the items that they had on the vegetarian breakfast. And definitely offer a simple beans on toast option. Overall it was a lovely stay, but let down by the breakfast.

Este hotel ofereceu tudo para uma estadia perfeita. Quarto limpo, prático, novo e com excelente kit de amenity. Localizado perfeitamente à beira-mar e com um estacionamento colado ao prédio, o que facilita o manuseio da bagagem. Prédio charmoso e com elevador. Equipe profissional e cordial. Café da manhã bem gostoso, com itens preparados na hora. O restaurante também é muito bom, comi um prato delicioso no jantar. Hotel nota 1.000. Parabéns para toda a equipe.

Receptionist was very polite,jovial and helpful,hotel was spotless,room was spotless and well equipped and stocked,restaurant staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and I can’t leave the chef out as the food,although it was only breakfast,was absolutely gorgeous.We’ll definitely be coming back!
