Very safe and secure. Have to carry your key with you as you have to scan your way thru all the doors to get back in. Room nice size. Moderate WiFi unless you buy the upgrade. Kitchen facilities but no cookware or dishes. No hand towels. The staff especially Cody very nice, efficient and helpful

Clean and new. Laundry is convenient. Very limited amenities. They give you 2 towels any more cost money. Breakfast is a lot of coffee. No tissues. No shower soap. Small bar of soap for bathroom. No ice machine. More key cards cost money. Only 1 elevator. Have to key to get in the building. Toilets get clogged constantly and everyone has to share 1 plunger. Very low water pressure on top floor. Some nights parking is full and you have to park at other businesses. Walls are thin, the couple next to us were going at it 2-3 times a day/night waking us up.

Did not have a pool as advertised

Pet policy is not as described on the website. In addition to the $10/night pet cost we were told at check in there was also a $50 "non refundable deposit." We asked about this as that would be a "charge" and not a "deposit" if it's non refundable. Desk clerk did not understand the terms and told us it was $60 total- not refundable. Room was SO noisy to both inside and outside noise (not well insulated). Floors were dirty, surfaces were dusty. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, only 1 towel per person, no hand towels or washcloths. Water pressure very weak. Elevator smelled heavily of B.O. Housekeeping loudly banged on doors up and down the hallway at 7am on Sunday morning, shouting, "Housekeeping!" There isn't much parking and there's no parking for vehicles with trailers. Those are just the few things I remember a week after staying there.

One thing that maybe could have made it better is to have a swimming pool and hot tub and maybe an ice machine as well. Since there is a vending machine for drinks, most people would like to have ice with their drinks. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and our room was nice and clean.

Very nice hotel, the staff was so friendly and helpful. There is a security door, very safe. Parking is great, very accessible. 5 Star rating.

Enjoy that it had a stove top so we could cook in a full size fridge the room was cleanly and had nice amenities such as laundry basket and laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers to do laundry the beds are absolutely terrible if you're looking for comfort this is not the place to go the young girls that were working behind the counter were very polite but as for the two gentlemen that worked there never greeted us with a smile I also came here with my service dog and my service dog was almost attacked three times I had Doberman Pinscher I had went down and told them about it several of times and they did nothing that doberman pinscher was still allowed to stay in the hotel and one night when I went down to switch out my towels the man who had the Doberman Pinscher was down there telling the manager of the hotel how his dog was such a danger it even bit his son so as I left I did mention to the manager that I was not happy that they would allow such an aggressive dog to stay there after the dog has tried to attack my service animal three times also the only other issue that we had with the hotel is when we arrived our drain did not work or shower did not work I will say that they did come and fix it the following day so that was a plus

What kind of decent hotel doesn't have an ice machine? Or offer breakfast or any amenities.

No ice machine, No complimentary breakfast, no Kleenex in rooms, no full length mirror, no face towels, no swimming pool. Have never stayed in any hotel that didn’t have all the above. Also have never stayed in any hotel where we had to pay for towels. Very very disappointing. All of the staff acted as though that was their first day on the job. Didn’t seemed to have been trained at all. Will NEVER stay in a WoodSpring Hotel again.

The front desk lady was very nice. However the room had a horrible bed. But what made me not stay there was the bathroom. The shower had human hair and a yellow film around the shower drain. When I called and spoke to the front desk lady she was very understanding and was ok with me leaving. Currently awaiting for a refund from this hotel.

The room was very clean. The heater/air conditioner was very quiet and the TV worked first time which hasn't always happened in other places we have stayed. It was very quiet and the clerk at the counter was very informative.

Needs cleaning outside the motel

Worst hotel ever management is absolutely horrible our room was filthy when we arrived and when we went and said something the manager got all hyped up at me he said he'll send somebody down later to clean it when I told him that he needs to calm down he ended up kicking us out and when I say the room was filthy it was filthy toenails under the bed food still left in the kitchen sink the sheets weren't even changed and they knew this room never got cleaned so instead of moving us the first night to a different room we got to stay in that room and the following day when I went down to talk to the manager like I said he got all upset and kicked us out don't stay here the place is filthy and the management is pathetic with a capital P

My only complaints are that the towels in the room were noticeably dirty. They were brown on various parts of the towels. I stayed on the first floor and could hear the entire conversation of the men outside my window.

It was very spacious and clean and comfortable. However the people above me had a large dog that made noise constantly and this place has extremely thin walls. So if noise is a concern for you this is not the place.

Look, it's a nice hotel. It's clean and you get a lot of space, kitchen, fridge, all that. The reason for the low review is due to their "High speed WiFi", being literally slower than my parents farm house in the middle of nowhere. They have 2 tiers of WiFi, free, and "fast-streaming WiFi". The free WiFi was about 4 mbps. And the PAID "fast-streaming WiFi" caps out at 8 mbps. I know it's an amenity and usually you just need a bed to sleep in(their beds are nice). But this is also a "long term stay" hotel where a lot of the people there are there for work. I was there for work, which involved needing WiFi. Also, the WiFi crashed twice in 8 hours; so if you are trying to stay at this "long term, work related hotel", I hope you don't have to do any computer work. I checked a poorly rated hotel downtown from this hotel, and they had 250mbps...so why couldn't this brand new hotel have more than 60 which is basically the bare minimum...and they call it "high speed streaming WiFi". All in all, if you need a bed and kitchen and don't need any other amenities like WiFi, breakfast, maid service, then this is great. But if you need to do anything online or want to watch Netflix, don't go here.

Nice place but it is loud. Could hear people talking normally from both surrounding rooms and the hallway door slamming all night.

Easy check-in but the beds were uncomfortable. Super thin walls, I can hear conversations, TV and feel what everyone is cooking.

in Expedia.com, for this property it is mentioned that : Available in all rooms: Free WiFi In-room WiFi speed: 250+ Mbps (good for 3–5 people or up to 10 devices) and Kitchenettes, full-sized refrigerators/freezers, and microwaves. where as the hotel did not provide any toaster or any kitchen utensils to cook. also the internet was free for 2 devices. anything for than 2 devices were chargeable. as it was not as expected as advertised so please compensate us

Stayed 3 nights. Room was never serviced once. Bed is a cheap mattress thrown on a spring frame that squeaks and creeks with every move throughout the night. Pillows are paper thin, as are the bath towels and ned sheets. Due to a local event in the area, as well, as it being extremely convenient location, I chose this place. Doubtful I will do so in the future.

Felt like a hospital bed. Could hear occupant in the room above me- not enough insulation between floors. Poor quality bedding. Could get out fast enough.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night, beds were comfortable and clean. This is more of place to stay for a week, it comes with a kitchen. There are no black out curtains nor Iron which I personally need.

Outside is full of dog poop. The walls were too thin and you could hear the people next door talking with ease. The bed frame felt cheap and moved a lot. You have to throw your own trash away which is fine but they also only clean the rooms biweekly.

Perfectly clean and staff friendly, however the beds just several inches from the ground and an uncomfortable mattress are enough for us not to return, unfortunately.

When I checked in I told the lady that the room was for my mom and myself. And that I had two services dogs. Myself for seizures and that my mom had 1 service dog to help do things cuz she has cancer. She says that’s fine just put them in this paper and sign and you’re good to go. So I do what she has asked. The Next night a different staff member.Calls the room and says I have to pay a pet free cuz they had no paper work signed bye me for the dogs. And that I had to mean for one room. So I was told I had to rent another room or leave.

Paid for the room up front. Arrived, and they had given my room away. It was 11:45 at night, snowing and there were no other rooms or hotels in the area. Not just confirmed - but confirmed and paid for

No manager on duty. Waited for this poor young lady that was also trying to clean the rooms. We waited 45 minutes to get our room. Can’t remember her name, she was great just expected to do too much!!! Good for her

Different rules with different staff. I reserved two rooms under my name. First time coming through check my id only was able to pay with card on file. Second time coming into town still two rooms under my name was asked for multiple drivers license, I have a big family hence the two rooms both rooms under my name why two separate licenses, also she refused to use my card on file. Also the first time we were there, we never got room keys, we had to be let in by the hotel clerk, couldn’t leave the building or the room or would be locked out.

If you are a light sleeper I would suggest staying away from this hotel. People across the hallway from me had a dog that was barking for a good solid hour and then proceeded to have a get together of some kind. Quiet hours were definitely not enforced.

Nice and quiet place to unwind. Plenty of restaurants / gas stations around the hotel. My second time staying there it was snowing. It was a good experience.

Great place to stay with kitchenettes. Works well for what we need.The price is good compared to other hotels with out kitchenettes.

Reasonably priced clean hotel. Just be aware that there are no dishes or silverware in the room. Everything, including towel replacement has a charge. But we brought what we needed for a three night stay and were comfortable. Staff was nice.

Bare bones, but not a bare bones price. For example, the rooms all have kitchens, but no pot/pans, utensils etc. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. The free coffee was awful. Walls are very thin. Cheap finishes and cheap beds etc.

The place is real nice, have a kitchen and a big fridge for good price. Recommended for anyone who travels.
