Breakfast menu, what breakfast?! Don't try to enjoy your stay and wait to go to breakfast 30 minutes before the close it down...YOU WON'T GET ANY BREAKFAST! And when I asked the front desk if they had anymore they said it is almost time to close so no. That is BS! I paid $116 to stay there and they can't make a couple of eggs and sausages?! Also the room was dirty. So much I didn't want to take a shower or walk around without shoes on. Horrible stay!!!!!!

I reserved a room with a deep soaking tub. I paid more than just your average night there so I could get the deep soaking tub. I did not get a room with a deep soaking tub. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and snotty. The hotel is under some sort of renovation. The halls were kinda a mess. The room was clean. There was a guy that must have worked the graveyard shift and got the breakfast out he was awesome very nice and friendly! As we were leaving I stopped at the front desk to drop off my keys and this time there were two women behind the counter (the woman from the day before we checked me in and another one) both were extremely snotty and rude so it wasn’t just an off day from the day before cause there was a pattern. All in all the room, (except not getting the one I requested) the location etc was all good. I will not return to this hotel because of the employees. There’s way to many places to stay in Greeley to where I’m sure you’re not an inconvenience when attempting to check in or even have your presence in the hotel.

Not at all happy with our stay. The pool area was not available and that’s why we chose this property that we have stayed at several times and have enjoyed our stay. This stay was a disappointment all around from stale cigarette smells to no pool, to rude unfriendly staff! I don’t know why it was so different but we will not be staying at this location again. The disappointed patrons 😣
