Hotel Sicilia, Aguascalientes

Nos piden ocupar la habitación a partir de las 3 sin embargo llegamos 3.45 pm y la habitación aun no estaba lista tuvimos que esparar mas de 15 minutos. Se entiende pero pues despues de un hiaje largo en carretretera pues lo q queremos es llegar y descansar un instante.

Me gustó que el hotel está muy cerca para la feria de San Marcos, sin embargo, hay una observación que quiero realizar ya que la habitación en la que nos hospedamos no cuenta con espejos y eso si se nos hace incómodo para arreglarse por lo que sugiero que por lo menos pongan un espejo en la habitación para que los huéspedes se puedan ver en dicho espejo, gracias

I had a terrible experience. When I arrived, I was told to park in a specific area. I went to my room and got in the shower since I had to catch an early flight. While I was in the shower, I heard a knock on my door and I thought that was strange since I do not know anyone. I continued to shower and hear more knocking and a heard a lady's voice which I recognized when I checked in. She said that I had to move my car because another vehicle had arrived and therefore I had to repark my car, even thought I checked after I originally parked my car and made sure that where I parked was fine. I had to rush out of the shower and move my vehicle. Got back to my room and laid down in the bed since I wanted to get some rest before my flight. While I was laying in bed I could hear every sound of cars driving by. My room was located next to the road and it seems that the hotel walls were not insulated since you could hear everything. I tried to sleep but the sound of the passing cars was unbearable. I got up up and headed down to the lobby to see if I could be moved to a quieter room. I was given a second room. I got in bed ready to sleep and withing 1/2 an hour, I could here music from the room next door. I headed to the lobby but there was no one there so I could not let them know of the noise. I laid in bed tossing and turning all night since the music never stopped. I was exhausted that morning since I didn't get to sleep due to the music playing all night.
