Hotellet var overordnet set fint. Værelserne var pæne og rene, personalet var venligt, og maden var, som man kan forvente på et All Inclusive-hotel – udmærket, men ikke noget særligt. Desværre oplevede vi en meget alvorlig situation, som overskygger hele opholdet. Min kone fik pludseligt hjerteflimmer, kraftige brystsmerter og smerter, der strålede ud i armen. Vi kontaktede straks receptionen og bad om hjælp. Til vores store overraskelse kunne receptionen hverken hjælpe med at kontakte en læge eller ringe efter en ambulance. Vi stod derfor alene med en potentiel livstruende situation og måtte selv finde vej til den nærmeste lægeklinik. Det finder jeg dybt kritisabelt. Ingen forventer, at hotelpersonalet skal kunne yde medicinsk behandling, men man bør som minimum kunne hjælpe gæster med at kontakte alarmcentralen eller en læge i en akut situation. Det er en helt grundlæggende service og et ansvar, som ethvert hotel bør være forberedt på. Selve hotellet fortjener en fin vurdering, men håndteringen af denne nødsituation gør, at jeg ikke kan anbefale stedet uden forbehold. Jeg håber virkelig, at hotellet tager dette alvorligt og sikrer, at personalet bliver bedre uddannet i, hvordan de skal reagere, når gæster får brug for akut hjælp.

We had a great stay. Family of 4 staying mid to end of September. The hotel was kept clean all of the time, room was lovely and also cleaned each day. Facilities at the time we went were good. Water slides and pool options for the kids were great and clean. Sunbeds readily available, as with most hotels it’s first come first served for the spot you get. The food and drink choices I would describe as Ok all inclusive food and drink, nothing spectacular, nothing massively tasty but all acceptable and topped up regularly. The pool snack bar is open all day so snacks between meal times were always available. Good choice on the Cocktail menu but they all tasted average. Animation and entertainment was Ok, I’ve been to hotels that have done a lot better with this… But it was there and the kids enjoyed it. The beach, shops and market stalls and beach are all within a 5-10min walk. If the price is right we will definitely be returning next year, that probably the best compliment I can give it.
