Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Navetta spiaggia efficente. Camera rumorosa per frigo con compressore molto fastidioso. Con i miei tappi agli orecchi però ho dormito.strittura vecchiotta ma non brutta.Cibo altalenante ma in generale non mi è piaciuto ma si sopravvive

Our 15‑day Egypt trip ended with a disappointing stay at Oriental Rivoli Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh (March 11–15, 2026). We arrived at 1:30 a.m. and were greeted by a rude, unprofessional receptionist. The first room, 2262, was clearly used: unmade bed, beer glasses, and towels on the floor. It also had one bed instead of the two we reserved. The receptionist insisted no two‑bed rooms were available and told us to “just stay” in the used room. After nearly an hour of back‑and‑forth and being shown an inferior room in the back, we were finally given Room 2261—which did have two beds, proving availability the whole time. For our second booking (initially for three people), our third traveler couldn’t come. We asked to adjust the reservation since it was “pay at the hotel,” but the receptionist refused and told us to deal with Expedia at 2:30 a.m. He still charged us for three people and gave us three towel keys. Minutes later, he demanded we return one key because only two guests were staying. At 2:45 a.m., he even sent the bellhop to retrieve it. We refused since we were still being charged for three.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel left a very bad taste at the end of what had otherwise been an amazing Cairo/Nile Cruise vacation. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. and were greeted by an unprofessional and rude receptionist. 1.First Room Issue The bellhop took us to Room 2262, which was clearly used an unmade, slept‑in bed, glasses of beer on the credenza, and bath towels on the floor. On top of that, the room had only one bed even though we reserved a room for two people. When we asked for another room, the receptionist immediately said they had no rooms with two beds available and insisted we stay in the used room. He kept saying “It’s okay, what’s wrong?” What do you mean what’s wrong? The room was used. He told us to “check the room, and if we didn’t like it, come back.” This was an unreasonable request. They then took us to a room in the back of the hotel that was clearly below standard—now we understood why he wanted us to “check it first.” After almost an hour of haggling with the receptionist, exhausted at this point, we finally asked for a room with one bed instead. When we arrived at Room 2261 right next to the original used room it shockingly had two beds. So after all that arguing and the receptionist rudely insisting there were no two‑bed rooms available.
