Le déjeuner était bien mais pas extra. J'aurais pensé que les gens à l'accueil mais il semble que dans le grand Toronto il n'y a pas assez de francophones, un peu déçu. D'ailleurs tous les poste de télévision sont en anglais! ... Sauf un poste en phillipin ;-) mais pas de poste en français. Donc pour moi aucun attachement au groupe Hilton.

Staff was very welcoming providing an easy check-in/out and easliy accomodating for a family in split rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. Had a variety of foods to choose from - and those red velvet waffles! Chef's kiss. Rooms are spacious - could have fit a double air matress in our room - and very clean when we arrived. We did stay for two nighys and, although they do house cleaning every other day, staff provided any extras we needed and came to clean up towels after our multiple swims. Lastly, pool was very spacious and sitting area very cozy! There's enough space between chairs and pool that, even when kids jump, water never splashed far enough to reach us. Overall, we - a family of 5 - would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely big clean room with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Great hot breakfast and on tap coffee, including decaffeinated. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
