Our family has stayed at The Cottage in Town many times. Plenty of room, walkable to town and a great grocery/bakery/deli right across the street Dan's Market. And it has parking foe 3 vehicles which is essential now with the crowds of people who visit Leavenworth.

A very lovely property with a high degree of comfort and cleanliness. I will absolutely want to return again. The hot tub was quite enjoyable, the kitchen well stocked if cooking, and there were even some games to play if desired. No complaints at all. I also really like the very close proximity to town, so that we did not even have to drive anywhere.

This house was the perfect size and location for our family. We loved the layout, giving each couple an area for themselves, with a nice sized living room/kitchen/dining area to hang out in. The hot tub was toasty and well maintained. Truly a 5 minute walk in the snow to town. The grocery store across the street was a frequent stop for snacks as well as groceries when we decided to cook for ourselves one night. The kitchen is well stocked too.

We were 5 adults looking for a relaxing weekend in Leavenworth. The location is ideal being just a 5 minute walk to all the excitement. Huge bonus is the availability of parking for several cars which can be an issue on busy weekends. The communication was great and everything was as advertised. Not easy to find 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in town for such an amazing price. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during our daughters wedding held at a family cabin nearby. I hosted a meal for the families one night and i have never been in a better stocked rental kitchen! We were lacking for nothing. Great outdoor yard and sitting space with plenty of tables and chairs. Our daughter got ready in the spacious upstairs space - there was a bedroom, bathroom and entire room for dressing with a big mirror. Everything in Leavenworth is walkable from this location and the convenience of the market next door came in handy many times. I will be returning to this house on a girls trip!! A definite 10 out of 10. Quick answers to questions by the property managers.

Hot tub was clutch after long days hiking and mountain biking. We had an issue with one of the mini split A/C units but the property manager was responsive in sending someone out. This house was perfect for us. Clean, thoughtful, easy 5 minute walk into town, great grocery store 30 yards away. We had 10 inches of snow on one day and the next day the back deck, sidewalk and driveway were cleared for us. Thanks for sharing your great place!

Very cute quaint little place, very clean. Was a nice walk to town, There was a very strong skunk smell in the house during our entire stay and if gave me constant headaches ;(. And all the beds were very uncomfortable. Dans market was right across the street from the house which was very convenient. Overall we had a great time but probably wouldnt stay here again.

I and my two old college friends spent a long weekend at this cottage. Very clean and well-kept. It was great to have three bathrooms with the three bedrooms. Nice backyard with hot tub although too small for us tall guys. Good for one at a time or two max. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Front porch overlooks grocery store which for us was great since we went there frequently along with the distillery just beyond it. the short walk to central town was phenomenal and we did it very often and just left our car in the driveway most of the time. Also took a lot of hikes around town and hit Wenatchee Apple Blossom Festival as well. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

We came to town for a wedding in Wenatchee on Saturday evening. House was great. The upstairs bed is a bit worn out but not terrible. House was clean and had things we needed. We will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

The home and property were beautiful. Its a short walk to town and has a full grocery store right accross the street along with McDonald's. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching people walk by. The house was comfortable and well stocked with the things you would need. Great for a group.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Leavenworth Cottage! The house is adorable- cozy, but big enough for our family, and so close to downtown! It was less than a two minute walk before we were at shops, restaurants and stores. The grocery store across the street was perfect for anything we forgot too. The master bedroom was plenty big and had space for our adult married kids and our infant grandson. The upstairs bedroom was like another master, with the most adorable vanity to get ready at. Although the bed upstairs was pretty uncomfortable and definitely sank in the middle (however, that is literally our only criticism about the entire stay). The small bedroom under the stairs was perfect for our teen daughter. The kids all loved the hot tub and how close we were to town. There was plenty of extra bedding in the large master closet if we needed, the instructions for checking in and out were very clear, and the large entryway was great for giving us space to take off and leave our snowy shoes without tracking wetness throughout the rest of the house. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with and was great about calling me back almost immediately when I had a question. She was also sure to send me a text to let us know someone was coming to check on a leak with the hot tub. Everyone in our group made a point of saying that they would love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much Camiekae and Kelly for helping our family trip be exactly what we wanted.

3 night stay for our family of 5 adults, as pre-Christmas trip - 2 couples & single. The house is lovely & bigger than it looks in pictures. It's at east end of front street. Easy walk to heart of town, which we loved - able to go in for breakfast & shopping before town got crazy busy, come home for a break, and then easily head back in for dinner. We had one car, so only used parking spot in front, didn't check out the 2in back. Back of Dan's grocery is across the street; very convenient. Kitchen appeared well stocked. We ate out for all meals, only made drinks & had snacks, so can't comment much on that. Master bedroom downstairs is quite large. Other 2rooms are smaller, but still just fine size wise. Upstairs has large bathroom right outside the bedroom, but really appears as a second master suite. Stairs up are thin, could be tricky for elder folks. Loved Entry space - lots of hooks for coats and bench space to put on shoes. Nice & cozy too. Open storage space great for storing suitcases, moved sheets & blankets stored in dresser into it, so we could use drawers to unpack. Couches were comfortable as were beds. Only minor drawbacks, did not see instructs for operating room heaters, w/rooms becoming a bit toast at night, dimmer on master bathroom didn't really work (would've been nice to turn light low for night time wakes), & downstairs master has arched window with no cover. If you're sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. Only wish dog we could have brought dog 😉

It’s conveniently located just blocks from the center of town. Having three bedrooms was ideal and it is very comfortable. We all slept well on the comfy beds. My tip is to turn on the heaters as soon as you arrive to warm up the home in the cool months.

The location is perfect- close to the store that has a delicious bakery and the shops in Leavenworth. The house was bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. Comfortable living space and a well stocked kitchen. It was really hot outside so the upstairs room was a bit warm but the fan helped. We will definitely be back.

Location was exceptional for walking into the busy town area. Livingroom and kitchen areas were fantastic for the 5 of us to gather and hang out. Host was understanding prompt with communication. Would recommend this gem to others. Please consider supplying bath soap and shampoo in the future, or specify that it is NOT SUPPLIED.

This property is as nice as the pictures show. The location was super convenient. The list for cleaning was a bit much, but the place is a great place to stay when visiting Leavenworth. The owner is responsive and accommodating. Loved this place and we would absolutely come back to stay again.

We had such a great stay at this cozy cabin during the week leading up to Christmas. Camiekae was super helpful answering a few questions leading up to our stay as well as being flexible with both check in and check out. We had a minor issue with the TV and were impressed that it was quickly resolved by her handyman, even during a snow storm. The house was all decked out for Christmas - the kids loved it. The hot tub was great and stayed nice and warm even when temps were in the single digits. Our kids loved the big yard for playing in the snow. The location was perfect to walking to and from town. Loved that we didn't have to deal with fighting for parking given the big crowds downtown this time of year. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!
We had such a great stay at this cozy cabin during the week leading up to Christmas. Camiekae was super helpful answering a few questions leading up to our stay as well as being flexible with both check in and check out. We had a minor issue with the TV and were impressed that it was quickly resolved by her handyman, even during a snow storm. The house was all decked out for Christmas - the kids loved it. The hot tub was great and stayed nice and warm even when temps were in the single digits. Our kids loved the big yard for playing in the snow. The location was perfect to walking to and from town. Loved that we didn't have to deal with fighting for parking given the big crowds downtown this time of year. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I came to Leavenworth WA. for the Oktoberfest celebration. We booked this house because it would allow everyone to have their own room and bathroom space. It was an amazingly clean and well-kept house. It was perfect because it was within walking distance of everything. It is super close to a Safeway, and plenty of parking. If I had questions for the owners, they responded quickly. I would definitely book this house again when in Leavenworth!

We were 5 adults looking for a relaxing weekend in Leavenworth. The location is ideal being just a 5 minute walk to all the excitement. Huge bonus is the availability of parking for several cars which can be an issue on busy weekends. The communication was great and everything was as advertised. Not easy to find 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in town for such an amazing price. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Leavenworth Cottage! The house is adorable- cozy, but big enough for our family, and so close to downtown! It was less than a two minute walk before we were at shops, restaurants and stores. The grocery store across the street was perfect for anything we forgot too. The master bedroom was plenty big and had space for our adult married kids and our infant grandson. The upstairs bedroom was like another master, with the most adorable vanity to get ready at. Although the bed upstairs was pretty uncomfortable and definitely sank in the middle (however, that is literally our only criticism about the entire stay). The small bedroom under the stairs was perfect for our teen daughter. The kids all loved the hot tub and how close we were to town. There was plenty of extra bedding in the large master closet if we needed, the instructions for checking in and out were very clear, and the large entryway was great for giving us space to take off and leave our snowy shoes without tracking wetness throughout the rest of the house. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with and was great about calling me back almost immediately when I had a question. She was also sure to send me a text to let us know someone was coming to check on a leak with the hot tub. Everyone in our group made a point of saying that they would love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much Camiekae and Kelly for helping our family trip be exactly what we wanted.

We stayed here during our daughters wedding held at a family cabin nearby. I hosted a meal for the families one night and i have never been in a better stocked rental kitchen! We were lacking for nothing. Great outdoor yard and sitting space with plenty of tables and chairs. Our daughter got ready in the spacious upstairs space - there was a bedroom, bathroom and entire room for dressing with a big mirror. Everything in Leavenworth is walkable from this location and the convenience of the market next door came in handy many times. I will be returning to this house on a girls trip!! A definite 10 out of 10. Quick answers to questions by the property managers.

We loved our short stay in Leavenworth. House was convenient to all things downtown. House is very clean and comfortable. Awesome private backyard. I could not have stumbled on a better place than this!Absolutely everything was perfect! We loved the cozy vibe of the house. The location is phenomenal!! We parked the car and walked everywhere! Dan’s Grocery is directly across the street and got most of our business!! The house was warm from the cold temperatures outside. We had plenty of space and living room was so spacious for us all to sit and enjoy our time together!We had no problems checking in as the directions were easy and clear to understand. We had a wonderful family Christmas vacation here with lots of snow, a private sleigh ride at Eagle Creek, and many walks to downtown enjoying lights, music, shops, and walks to the river.I would not stay anywhere else. You cannot go wrong reserving your stay here!

Overall, it was a great stay for my family. The home was very clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen items, the backyard was amazing, and the location to the main part of town couldn’t have been better. We still hadn’t received the check in info upon arrival to the home, so I had to contact the homeowner for it. They weren’t answering the calls, so I called a few additional times as well as left a message. After about a 10 min delay I was contacted back with that info. All in all it wasn’t that big of an issue, though she did make me feel dumb for not knowing that she had 13 properties in Leavenworth, when she asked me which house I was staying at. The only con I can think of would be about the bed pillows provided. They’re very thin and small. This is such a personal issue that’s likely different person to person that I don’t think anyone should worry about booking the home due to it. Just bring your own if you prefer fluffier pillows. One last thing, we think my wife left a necklace behind, we contacted the hometown about this, but haven’t heard anything back from them. Not the end of the world, but that’s two different communication issues we’ve experienced with this owner now. Something to be aware of. Likely a result of having so many rental homes to take care of. Hard to give everyone 5-star service when you’re spread so thin.

Location was exceptional for walking into the busy town area. Livingroom and kitchen areas were fantastic for the 5 of us to gather and hang out. Host was understanding prompt with communication. This house was great! The location is perfect, and the home itself is exactly as listed. We walked into the little downtown area of Leavenworth a couple times a day to eat and wander. Took a walk/hike along the river, also walkable from the house, and drove over to the Alpen coaster park. We had a fun trip with our kids!

The location is perfect- close to the store that has a delicious bakery and the shops in Leavenworth. The house was bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. Comfortable living space and a well stocked kitchen. It was really hot outside so the upstairs room was a bit warm but the fan helped. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the location was perfect for an Octoberfest weekend. Festivities were only a couple of blocks away. Great place to stay to experience downtown Leavenworth, just a couple blocks from downtown, far enough away for quiet peaceful stay but walking distance to everything. Loved our stay. Very cute cottage inside and out.
