Hotel was very clean, check in was a breeze. The rooms were very spacious, and the hotel is within walking distance to the mall, and a few dinning options. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice, as well as the outside terrace. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, minus the places you pay for an executive access. We’ll be returning to this one for sure!

The room itself was well-equipped. Shuttle to and from Mayo was great. The fitness room was very small w/ no exercise mats. Sheets were scratchy. Not sure of prior cleaning as there was a soda can under the ottoman.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Marriott. The staff was courteous and helpful, and offered recommendations for dining in the surrounding area. They offer a free shuttle back and forth to the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s, which was much appreciated m, considering the cost to park and valet at the Clinic was a bit expensive. The shuttle driver, Alex, was a pleasure to talk to every day on our trips back and forth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Marriott. The staff was courteous and helpful, and offered recommendations for dining in the surrounding area. We have been more than totally satisfied with the experiences at the Residence Inn. Room is large and fully furnished, even with a dishwasher as well as the full-sized refrigerator. The Shuttle to the Mayo Clinic is wonderful. Thank you !

Very friendly check in and check out. Room in wonderful shape - the hotel is less than a year old. I liked the layout of the spacious room. Being able to swivel the tv to face the couch and then face the bed was nice. No closet to hang clothes, but that didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was the usual included with a hotel stay - I was happy to have yogurt, fruit and coffee. There were eggs, waffles, bagels, etc. We didn't dine nearby, but B-Dubs, Panera, and an Asian pulled noodle restaurant are walking distance. Free parking. Close enough to Mayo.

My room wasn’t ready upon my arrival and once I did get into the room 45 minutes late it wasn’t very clean- I was too exhausted from traveling there and just used my own travel Clorox wipes from my car to avoid further delays. Once settled in, it was a wonderful stay. It was in close proximity to restaurants, they had a shuttle to the clinic, etc.

This is a newer building so everything is in great condition. It’s close to food, shopping and Mayo Clinic/hospital. My room was spotless which is not often seen nowadays. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with hot items and standard items. I will make this hotel my go to when coming to Mayo now.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfy. I needed to request a last minute accommodation as i misread the room detail and they were able to make it. They also explained how to handle it in the future so i dont need to worry. Excellent service. They also had a breakfast buffet, nice variety and good for dietary restrictions. Highly recommend. Only note of improvement would be daily turndown service, not a big deal but the only thing i think.

This is the second time we have stayed here while receiving care at Mayo. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to get to the clinic. The shuttle is a plus. Breakfast options are good. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever we return to Rochester we will plan to stay here. Thank you!

I had surgery was thete for 5 days I had put my 2 meclaces on the desk lamp in my room one was my fathers ashes a memorial necklace the other a silver cross with a diamond. I had some effects of the anesthesia for weeks but I checked out and after driving 2 hours I remembered I left them on the desk lamp . We called they said they would look for them and call us back never got a call I called several times and no one wouldeven call back I went back for a check up a week later they made me sit in the lobby saying they were talking to employees for an hour then sent me home and saidthey would call never did. So they dont care if their staff steals they will just ignore the customer and give them the run around

The staff upon check in were so nice and accommodating! I was on crutches and they offered to get a wheelchair and made sure our room was close to the elevator to minimize extra walking. Very impressed!

Great hotel. Easy to get to and good location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for two people. I was really happy with the kitchen, too. Nice walking path nearby.

The hotel was NOT very close to Mayo. It is the "new" hotel whereas the "older" hotel is the one just two blocks from the Clinic. This is not clear on the website for Expedia. We loved the hotel though as it was perfectly clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with several egg/omelet dishes, bacon, cereals, oatmeal and toppings, muffins, fresh waffles, fruits, juices, coffee. Parking was included. Two restaurants were just across the parking lot, one Chinese noodle restaurant and a very, very noisy Buffalo Wild Wings. We ended up having our Mayo appointments moved, so we were able to go home after our first day. The hotel manager said that it would not be a problem to have our room credited for the second night for which we had reservations. However, when she saw that we had booked through Expedia, she apologized and told us the Expedia policy of NO refunds. Next time, we will stay at this Residence Inn, but we will book the reservation directly since medical stays often do have unexpected changes and we would have appreciated a refund for the second night that we ended up not needing.

Hotel is in great condition. Beds are super comfy. Had to leave very early in the am and was able to get a coffee, a yogurt and a banana to take. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Ditto for gym. Free outside parking is nice. Close to Trader Joe's, so it's a breeze to pick up some snacks for your room.

Were there for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. We drive, but the hotel had a shuttle to the clinic which I thought was great! Breakfast was included and free parking. On the other side of the parking lot is an Asian restaurant, and Panera Bread. Shopping nearby. It was all nice.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfy. I needed to request a last minute accommodation as i misread the room detail and they were able to make it. They also explained how to handle it in the future so i dont need to worry. Excellent service. They also had a breakfast buffet, nice variety and good for dietary restrictions. Highly recommend. Only note of improvement would be daily turndown service, not a big deal but the only thing i think.

Always greeted by friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast in the mornings is a little disappointing with paper thin bacon and turkey sausage - wishing they changed it up once and awhile to biscuits and gravy (that’s not a deal breaker but would be nice to see).

Hotel was very clean, check in was a breeze. The rooms were very spacious, and the hotel is within walking distance to the mall, and a few dinning options. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice, as well as the outside terrace. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, minus the places you pay for an executive access. We’ll be returning to this one for sure!

Amazing bartender named Cash was a treat! Great guy. The rooms were very nice clean and new. The only minor issue was the shower sprays onto the floor - seems like a poor design. We also didn't get out cleaned so I'm not sure if you need to call the desk or what to have that addressed. We were not in our room much so not a huge issue. Decent breakfast - not great. Location is perfect and it was great to walk to Panera and BWW. We would stay here again!

We were there for the mayo for 5 days. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. It was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge, kitchenette with all the utensils, couch, and desk We had no issues with any equipment. no ovens if you are thinking pizzas. The bath and shower was roomy. 4 grocery stores close by for meal and snack planning. 3 restraunts within walking. I would stay again and recommend to others.
