The hotel and our room was quiet clean. Only we had some problems with the several mosquitos inside the room. Unfortunately hotel could not provide any mosquito repellent instrument during our stay. Also we could not watch the Football match Europe Cup from our regular TRT 1 channel. And the last thing was car parking i paid 1400 TL for 2 days staying. Which was the first time i paid fee for my car to the hotel i was staying.

Wonderful view of the Bosphorus bridge and see from the restaurant. I enjoyed the breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. To reach the tourist attractions or Taksim square you have to take a taxi. Shops are near. All together good.

Otel, konum olarak çok güzeldi. Akşam 6.Katta bulunan NİTE İstanbul'da rezervasyonumuz olduğu için tercih etmiştik. Temizlik ve personel profesyonelliği bakımından kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Fakat otelde konaklama yapan misafirlere 700 tl otopark ücreti hiç etik olmayan bir yaklaşım oldu. Böyle profesyonel bir işletmeye uymayan bir yaklaşım bence.

Zimmer sehr staubig, viele Insekte im Zimmer , Personal naja mal so mal so geben falsche Auskünfte oder werden angepisst, Ganz besonders Erkan wo ich zu ihm an die Rezeption gegangen bin um ihn wegen der Massage nach zu fragen, meinte komm morgen um 9 Uhr weil es dann erst öffnet, genau so hab ich das getan und dann sagen die es öffnet erst um 10 Uhr jeder kann sein eigenes Bild machen vom Hotel aber meiner Meinung nach für so ein Hotel „Crowne Plaza“ würde ich es nicht empfehlen

Not a 5-star experience as we hoped for. None helped us with the bags, front desk service was not super, they were uninformed, inattentive and not eager to assist. They also met us when we came with a bit of a lousy attitude and told us that we looked very tired. Spa was great, super service and friendly staff, not the greatest spa comfort and atmosphere but definitely happy with the visit there anyway. We did the Turkish spa treatment. Great view from the roof too restaurant. Beautiful and spacious hotel room. Beds in the rooms were super comfortable. bathroom was great. However there was a light in the room that couldn’t be shut off so we had to sleep with that light on.

Great hotel. Great staff. Clean. Modern amenities. Enjoyed a lot. But i had some small problems. Room Doors have a spring system that automatically closes the doors. Good. But so strong that it makes too much noise. A teenager group made my two nights out of four really unbearable. They kept getting in n out of group member rooms after midnight for hours and my complains to reception for two nights in a row were unanswered. Nonetheless, i would gladly stay here again. Nice location. Very close to bus stops and grocery stores.

It is in a very busy location. There is nice cafe under the hotel. The staff is very kind but although a paid for a room for three people, the third bad was not prepared. I asked the bellboy to send someone to make the bad, he said someone will come shortly. Noone came for half an hour and we left. We called the reception on our way back and finally it got made.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super helpful and great manner. Would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers
