Väldigt bra! Fin design och rent

Fint hotell: rent, modernt och väldigt bra läge. Bra och mycket trevlig personal. Dock dåligt isolerade fönster mot gatan, man hör ett otroligt ljud från alla bilar och bussar som gör att det är svårt att sova. Rekommenderar att man tar ett rum som inte ligger mot gatan. Tyvärr väldigt dålig belysning i badrummet, det är väldigt mörkt. Frukosten var ok, men väldigt enkel med tanke på priset.

We are unable to comment as when we arrived we were told there was no room available due to a problem with the allocated room and all others fully booked. The staff were very apologetic and were keen to do everything they could to help us including arranging a room at the local holiday inn and offering to call us a taxi or being accompanied by a member of staff. We did decline the taxi and the member of staff to accompany us. It took a while for the holiday inn to find the email and the booking but they did eventually sort it out once we had telephoned the Kensington Hideaway and passed the phone over to the staff at the Holiday Inn. Unfortunately the room we were given was much smaller than the one we had paid for and have to date not been offered any compensation for this but at least we eventually have a bed for the night. We can’t fault the Kensington Hieaway for any of this other than being apparently unable to contact us in advance to inform us of the problem and the changed arrangements.
