We arrived in a raining day, no valet parking at the hotel, no one helping us with the bags. We called to ask for a parking garage and they never offered help. when we finally arrived wet after walking with our bags, we saw a golf car “available” to move people around to a parking lot! It wasn’t a good experience at all. The hotel is well located in the middle of the town and the view is nice.

Vilket härligt ställe med fantastiskt läge. Sängarna var lite hårdare vilket passar mig utmärkt. Hotellet har ett P-hus som man får stå i för 15€ dygnet men det gick lätt att ta sig till hotellet därifrån (ca100m) och det fanns hiss om man ville undvika trapporna i P-Huset

SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. Free breakfast is excellent in choice and variety. Very Happy, book with confidence.

Top Lage des Hotels. Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und groß, hatten aber auch ein "besseres" gebucht, als das Standard Doppelzimmer. Badezimmer war unrenoviert, sehr kleine Dusche, aber sehr sauber. Frühstück war okay, alles was man braucht vorhanden, aber nichts besonderes. Beim Fahrstuhl muss man recht lange warten. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist etwas wirr. Alles in Allem aber super Hotel aber nicht in allen Punkten ein 4Sterne Hotel.

Das Hotel befindet sich in toller Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Hafen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Von draußen hört man nichts wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind (was super ist), da es vor allem in der Früh sehr laut werden kann (Berfusverkehr) das merkt man sobald man die Fenster öffnet. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet, allerdings ist der Balkon mini gewesen, es standen zwar zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Klapptisch auf dem Balkon, aber es ist so klein dass es eigentlich für zwei Kinder geeignet ist und nicht für Erwachsene. Es sind wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer vorhanden und die die da sind sind sehr alt (wackeln) und das Laden von Handy´s dauert sehr lange. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber im Bad leider nicht.Ich fand in der Dusche (in einer Ecke) einen bereits benutzen Einwegrasierer, dieser war bereits dort als wir gekommen sind, und als wir zwei Tage später gegangen sind, stand dieser immer noch dort obwohl das Zimmer gereinigt worden ist, das darf nicht sein und ist für mich ein absoluter Minus Punkt für das Hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel booked through your platform. While I really liked the location, I was disappointed with several aspects of the stay. The reception staff were a bit rude and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as coffee and general facilities. The air conditioning was not operational, and we were told it would only start from June 1st—this important detail was not mentioned on your site. I loved this hotel right on lake Garda and amazing views of the mountains! The staff were friendly and welcoming with great local knowledge! Easy walk to the shops and ferry! The breakfast was amazing the wait staff very professional!

We loved our stay here, it had the most amazing view and was perfect location. Bare I’m mind it is the complete opposite side of the lake to the train station Desenzo so takes about 2hrs on the fast ferry and they only have a few per day. We would definitely come and stay here again if we wanted another quiet break at Lake Garda

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse bekommen (nicht gebucht). Zimmer war recht geräumig, nur die Badezimmermöbel eher für kleine Leute. Die Lage ist unschlagbar (viele Geschäfte und zentral) und traumhaft schön. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spa nicht genutzt weil bei gutem Wetter der Strand in 15 min viel verlockender war. Aussicht beim Frühstücken ist toll, Auswahl irgendwie auch ausreichend und irgendwie nicht. Dort liegt für uns das einzige Verbesserungspotential. Auch das Restaurant sollte man eher meiden (Dosenpilze), aber das ist ja unabhängig vom Hotel. Vom Hotel her hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub. Alles perfekt. Tipp: GardaGuestCard vom Hotel. Damit sind die meisten Aktivitäten umsonst
