This is nice hotel in a very good location near the Guggenheim. There are shops, cafes, and restaurants close by. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The staff at the front desk are charming and helpful. The maintenance staff are friendly and do a great job. Helpful extras here include a fridge, a kettle, a lounge with a tea and coffee station. There's even a filtered water bottle filling station. Beds are comfy and the shower is great.

Great location as it is minutes away from the Guggenheim. The first stop on the airport bus drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Many food / cafes on the street. On another day, they helped me book a bus to my next destination as the website was in Spanish only. My room was lovely and clean. I think my room must have been on the main piping as I heard all the water running from floors above/below me… It didn’t bother me but a little nosier than expected. That said, I would still stay here again.

Very close to Gugenheim. Great and helpful friendly service. Parking was easy and convenient. Just a little road noise for normal city cleansing in the early part of the night.

Beware, no laundry or parking on site and hotel is in bad shape. It looks ok from the outside but upkeep is lacking. Parking is a 5 minute walk. Shower did not drain, pipes make loud noises, sink faucet not secure, and fridge did not work. Hotel does not uphold any responsibility for false advertisement of services offered or condition of facilities. Front desk was nice and helpful to find parking and things in the area but have to authority to fix things that are broken or remedy any situation that arises. Would not recommend.

Lady on reception was fantastic! Checked opening times of museum & funicular railway. Gave us a map & dinner suggestions. We had trouble finding the car park & walking back from the car park……but great location for the museum.

ESKERRIK ASKO! I had a very good time in this hotel. I had all i needed, a good bed, the possibility to use a shared 'living-room' kind of a lobby to prepare coffe, a fridge is in the room, also water boiler. The 'by pillow' is close to guggenheim museum and the art museum. Good restaurants just everywhere. Extremly friendly receptionits that welcome people kindly and are helpful. All in all way better than so many 4 stars hotel i have been.

Great location. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. Everything, including the Guggenheim is walking distance. Safe area. The room is European small, but had a small lounge area on the same floor with coffee machine, water, couches, etc.

Nice little hotel in a wonderful area in Bilbao. We were greeted with the friendliest staff on arrival who gave us fantastic dining tips (I didn’t catch her name but shout out to whoever was working on 2nd Aug in the afternoon). The room is spacious, very clean and had a big window overlooking the street which was great. The bed is a bit creaky, there’s some scuff marks on the walls and the plumbing makes noise when using the bathroom but it didn’t bother us so much. We’ve paid similar prices for hotels in other regions for a bit more but it seems Bilbao hotels are more expensive generally. The hotel is also walkable to many spots and close to the Moyua metro station which is convenient for heading to the beach. Would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bilbao.

Got consistently locked out of the room and had to go back downstairs to (very helpful) personnel; bathroom noisy throughout the night with startling water flushes; haven’t slept in days.

This little hotel really surprised me! The check-in was so easy and friendly and the room was small but so well designed and comfortable. I was traveling alone in Bilbao and it was a really great landing spot for me..

very nice looking clean hotel in what looks like part of a larger building. reception area good and a lift to the 1st floor. think there was only ground level plus floor 1.? staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful although we were warned that the overall attitude of this area of Spain was subdued. room was nice and cool so aircon not really required. one big downside was the showers and toilets in all the rooms made a big noise when used. like a massive motor type groaning every time someone flushed the toilet or had a shower. not good at 5/6 am when people were getting up. for this reason i would not stay again although location was perfect.

The room was spacious and attractive, with a big bed and a desk and a modern bathroom. Also appreciated the safe and the small refreshments left for guests. Bed was comfortable too. Receptionists were all quite friendly and helpful. There have been posts about the way noise travels in the hotel and that is true... sounds of housekeeping can be heard through the hotel walls in the mornings. But it wasn't a big deal and I'd stay there again. I was very happy with the place.

Great experience during our stay, we were made very welcome by reception and they were so helpful in supporting to book a taxi. Very good with my young son and always had a smile. We will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Great location as it is minutes away from the Guggenheim. The first stop on the airport bus drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Many food / cafes on the street. Not far from metro if you want to go further. Upon arrival, the concierge staff was extremely helpful at sharing information of what to do in the city. On another day, they helped me book a bus to my next destination as the website was in Spanish only. My room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and along with the coffee/tea there were biscuits (nice surprise). I think my room must have been on the main piping as I heard all the water running from floors above/below me… It didn’t bother me but a little nosier than expected. That said, I would still stay here again.

皆さんのおっしゃる通り、ビルバオ空港からリムジンバスで1つ目のバス停で降りたら目の前がホテルで、とても便利でした。空港から来てすぐに泊まるホテルとして最高だと思います。 私は海外の1日目のホテルで、よく失敗します（道に迷って辿り着くのに何時間もかかったり、タクシーでぼったくられたり）が、ここはその心配がなかったです。 ホテルのレセプションの方々はとても親切で明るい。清掃も、ベッドの下までほこりもなく、シーツも清潔で行き届いていました。部屋もとっても広かった。 グッゲンハイム美術館からも近く、昼前に着いたので、チェックイン前にスーツケースを預けて出かけました。近くにカフェやバル、スーパーもあり、とても便利です。ダブルルームなので、バスタブがなく、それだけが残念でしたが、いいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

This is nice hotel in a very good location near the Guggenheim. There are shops, cafes, and restaurants close by. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The staff at the front desk are charming and helpful. The maintenance staff are friendly and do a great job. Helpful extras here include a fridge, a kettle, a lounge with a tea and coffee station. There's even a filtered water bottle filling station. Beds are comfy and the shower is great.

Die Unterkunft punktet durch ihre Lage. Airport-Bus direkt vor der Tür und zum Guggenheim-Museum sind es auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Bequeme Betten in zweckmäßigen Zimmern. Dass kein Frühstück angeboten wird, ist nicht tragisch, da es rundherum Möglichkeiten gibt zu frühstücken.

ESKERRIK ASKO! I had a very good time in this hotel. I had all i needed, a good bed, the possibility to use a shared 'living-room' kind of a lobby to prepare coffe, a fridge is in the room, also water boiler. The 'by pillow' is close to guggenheim museum and the art museum. Good restaurants just everywhere. Extremly friendly receptionits that welcome people kindly and are helpful. All in all way better than so many 4 stars hotel i have been.

Praktisches, sauberes Zimmer mit allen Basics die man brauchen könnte. Gutes Badezimmer, bequemes Bett. Kein Essen, genügend Cafes, Tapas Bars usw in der Nähe. Knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Guggenheim usw.

Great location. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. Everything, including the Guggenheim is walking distance. Safe area. The room is European small, but had a small lounge area on the same floor with coffee machine, water, couches, etc.

Desfortunadamente pasamos una muy mala noche aquí debido a que no funcionaba el aire acondicinado, hacía demasiado calor, nos proporcionaron con dos ventiladores de piso que no ayudaban mucho. Cuando avisamos en recepción apenados nos dijeron que no había nada que hacer porque mantenimientoya se había ido y el hotel estaba lleno no podían ponernos en otra habitación. Creo que el que sea un hotel pequeño y no haya un nivel gerencial para tomar decisiones fuertes es complicado porque pudieron ofrecer algún tipo de remuneración, no fue barato y no disfrutamos de la habitación como debíamos. Simplemente no pudimos descansar. Deben de verificar siempre que antes de entregar la habitación todo funcione. Ojala no le haya pasado a alguien más

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you would want for a comfortable stay. We were surprised to find tea/coffee/kettle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Carpark instructions were easy to follow but to get to the hotel from the carpark, walk down the road to your left rather than straight ahead.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel with a good bathroom and huge comfy bed. Room was very quiet despite being on a main road. The lift was out of order, but the reception staff carried our bags up for us. Couldn't fault it. Great location.

Interior rooms have poor ventilation and the halls are quite noisy. Someone in the building was listening to the tv at 4am very loudly and you could hear it.
