The hotel have a very good location, and is quiet comfortable, only the pool need to be better clean in case that the customers want to use it!

Nice affordable option in the hotel zone ive been staying at for years. For the price, its great. But very budget friendy and not super nice. But has pool, restaurant, bar, tours and marina on site. Close to ferry to isla mujeres and bus stop to other hotel zone areas of Cancun! Very quiet and relaxing hotel.

El servicio es muy malo, atienden de mala gana, no son nada serviciales. La habitación tiene buen tamaño pero había bichos, la caja de seguridad no sirven ni los teléfonos. Las instalaciones están muy sucias, la alberca ni se diga, estaba súper turbia la agua. Los camastros rotos.

Una porquería de hotel. La habitación olía horriblemente a humedad, es una cueva llena de hongos, moho y cucarachas, matamos dos cucarachas que salían del closet. La madera llena de humedad así como de la puerta del baño y de la entrada. Las bisagras desprendidas, madera hinchada y podrida. Las llaves de la regadera se caían. El trato del personal es super horrible. Antes de pasar al desayuno tienes que pasar por tu pase del restaurant a la recepción y tienen un pésimo manejo al respecto, ya que no sabían que hacer y tuvimos que hacer fila y esperar mucho tiempo para que dieran el pase del restaurante. El desayuno es una burla, según te incluyen el desayuno y a la hora tienes que pagarlo. Los hot cakes crudos, el jugo de naranja era jugo de sumo de naranja, muy amargo. El personal del restaurante sumamente grosero, así como de los de jardinería. Ni siquiera tenían tenedores. No dieron ni café, pero todo ello lo cobraron. Hotel muy sucio y viejo. La alberca era caldo de bacterias, muy verde y sucia. Ojala quien lea esta reseña no caiga en el fraude de este sitio. Y si los dueños o administradores lo leen tomen en cuenta esto para mejorarlo. Ya que para un lugar tan atractivo, esto es lo peor de lo peor.

This hotel is a great little gem in the Hotel Zone of Cancun. It is extremely reasonable with modest clean rooms and nice attached restaurant that overlooks the lagoon. If you want a clean safe place where you actually feel like you are in Mexico this is the place. Also nice cafe next door (Deli Barlovento).

Omend store, så meget fugtige værelser der lugtede af kælder. Der var ikke en skraldespand på værelset og kun et enkelt håndklæde til hver, ikke noget til efter man vasker hænder. Intet internet på værelset. Poolområdet var forfaldende og misvedligeholdt, og selve poolen (trods nydelige billeder) var helt klart ikke en der blev renset og vandet var stillestående og sikkert aldrig skiftet. Så ingen value for money !! Og selvom der højt og flot står gratis morgenmad inkluderet i receptionen, var dette ikke tilfældet - men kan jo overleves. Vi havde 2 værelser begge med dobbeltsenge, en familie med 2 voksne og 3 børn, og havde klart troet på lidt bedre faciliteter, selv de basale.

Traveling in a budget requires to take a little risk. However this hotel was very affordable, quiet and clean. The staff working at the front desk were very friendly. The pool was refreshing and clean. Total silence at night, you don't even hear the road noise. The location is good if you don't need to be in the middle of everything. A short walk to a public beach, but crossing the main road towards the beach areas is very dangerous because cars don't stop to let you cross the road. Other than that I would recommend staying here if in a tight budget.

Sorry, but first time I'm not satisfied with this place. Check in was at 3pm, they had about a party of 4 waiting for there rooms. We got there at 2:55pm and they told to wait because the rooms were not ready. Finally at 3:30pm we got keys. Got to our room and it was full of moscitos. Had to go to a drug store and buy bug repellent. Long night. No Wi-Fi in the room.

- El personal del counter es muy poco comunicativo y amable. - Nadie te ayuda con la maleta y hay muchos escalones. - la piscina está llena de hojas - las cortinas de la habitación, ducha y ranuras de aire acondicionado están sucias y con hongos. - Solo hay wifi en el lobby

La ubicación está muy bien. El desayuno es bastante completo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, sin embargo no destaca por su pulcra limpieza. El baño no estaba limpio y las sábanas estaban con ciertas manchas. Aparte el wifi no llega a las habitaciones.

The 1st room we had not so clean, and the ceiling of shower caved in the 2nd night we were there, they did move us to a nicer room for duration of stay. Paid for a breakfast daily, ate 3, all mexican food, no choices. The staff was friendly enough but no one spoke English, very hard to communicate!

The worst hotel ever. There’s no wifi, unfriendly staffs, cockroaches everywhere. And I got ticks bite when I was sleeping from the bed sheets. Shower room is also dirty and we were supposed to call the front desk about that but the phone is unplugged. I wanted to get refund. It’s terrible.

That hotel is garbage. You can go to a better place than that one. It is unhygienic and very dirty, horrible.

Been coming to this hotel for over 7 years, great location and clean facility. My room had mold in bathrooms that lots mosquitoes in room. But everything else was good and clean. I’d return again next year and ask for different room if it’s not adequate enough.

There was nothing unique about this hotel. The whole thing is falls advertising. There is no WIFI in the rooms. There is TV in the room with no connection. Very hard to find. Even GPS was sending us up and down to get there. Over all we did not have a good time at this hotel

Fuimos a isla mujeres y el embarcadero de excaret está a una cuadra del hotel, los boletos para dos personas ida y vuelta costaron 1,140. Y pudimos subirnos al observatorio una experiencia inigualable que lo incluye el mismo boleto. Para ir a la playa principal de Cancún tomamos una ruta que cobro 12 pesos por persona y en 10 minutos estábamos hay. Las rutas pasan 2 o 3 minutos. El hotel muy cómodo, mucha gente, las albercas muy limpias, la vista al lago increíble. La atención muy buena. 10 de 10

Mejorar el acceso a internet

When come Cancun, I stay here. Inexpensive Clean and Decent Area. I had challenge with room, A/C wasn’t strong and door didn’t lock properly. But spoke with receptionist and took care of it quickly. They gave me a better room with outdoor balcony and WiFi access room. It’s quiet clean room with good restaurant and across from yaught dock to canal with little tropical fish come by. Very safe clean area and walking distance to street to get bus. It’s perfect cause don’t spend a lot time in room. Just need clean quiet and safe with good A/C.

Ac would make an unbearable noise at night absolutely impossible to sleep with either the ac is off or you sleep with the loudest knocking noise ever every thing else was good very aesthetically pleasing

Wow had amazing stay at hotel from all aspects this hotel gave us great satisfaction no complaints at all from all aspects so clean staff where amazing especially leonardo at reception he helped us with everything very hard working polite and push every boat out to make us feel comfortable we enjoy the hotel and México we extended our trip for extra two weeks we will return soon thank you x

Looks very old, needs to be remodeling. The dinning service is very limited. The waitresses were very rude. I do speak spanish so no language barrier and she was extremely rude. The front desk is not accommodating. Unhappy with our stay.

El servicio y la atención del personal es excepcional; la limpieza del lugar es muy buena, pero sí es necesario cuidar mucho el mantenimiento de la propiedad, pues es notorio que el lugar ya tiene sus años. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí, pero sí es necesario que cuiden las instalaciones.

Llevo 30 años viajando dentro de México y por el mundo. Pocas veces vi algo tan desastroso. Había muchas personas a las que supuestamente les decían que su reservación de Booking no estaba, para luego sacarles dinero tarde en la noche rentándole la misma habitación por la que ya habían pagado. Un desastre la atención y las instalaciones.

Esta pésima la atención a cliente, había una familia de colombianos que les robaron en la piscina su mochila con sus documentos y nadie los ayudaba, y en la habitación no ponen agua ni nada, no me gusto el hotel me he quedado en mejores con mejor precio y calidad y con muy buen trato al cliente

Muy bonito, además está el embarcadero junto y se ve maravillo el mar…

Hotel con lo necesario, me he quedado otras veces en este hotel y es muy cercano al ferry hacia isla mujeres, bien limpieza, personal amable, no es un hotel lujoso, pero tiene todo lo necesario para descanzar, solo hace falta un poco de luz en los pasillos

We stayed here for one night in transit to the airport, it was a bit damp and musty but did the job for what we needed, the area around was interesting but felt safe to walk somehwere for food. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful, there was a really good Mexican restaurant nearby ! Do not go to the pirate ship restaurant!

Había cucarachas muertas en la habitación, la comida era TERRIBLE, simplemente no pudimos acabar con un sólo plato, y cuando les pedí lavar un vaso propio par usarlo se negaron de mala manera, no vuelvo.
