Trevlig personal. Fantastiskt läge mitt i Old town. Stort, rent och fint rum. Bra service. Smidigt med "frukost att ta" med vid utflykt. Saknade dock dricka till denna. Utmärkt frukost med meny. Vackert spa, men tyvärr alldeles för kall pool.

Location was excellent. Staff super hospitable. The type of hotel that makes you feel like you’re living luxurious while you’re away. Our room was unique, elegant and beautifully decorated The only minor surprise negative is the gym was super small.

If you want a top end hotel i krakow this is it. The location can’t be better. The staff is excellent. I have used this hotel serval times, and i keep doing everything time im in krakow. Bis plus is, if you have a car - they offer parking in their underground parking lot.!

Amazing Old Town location, underground parking, beautiful hotel with a pool, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Krakow. The car GPS had some issues getting to the hotel because of one way and restricted access roads. Same with my phone maps. However, the extra few loops were worth the location and the stay at this hotel. (Reserve the parking to make sure you get a spot.) I booked a 4 bed suite and ended up with two rooms instead. It was nice to have the extra bathroom since I have older kids. The staff were great. Don’t book for VIP benefits, since you may not get anything, however, the stay itself will be memorable enough.

Superfint hotell! Vi hade en jättebra vistelse under 3 nätter! Vi fick ett stort dubbelrum på vån 3 med takfönster. Mysig sittgrupp, skrivbord, nespressomaskin, separat WC/tvätt och ett badrum med handfat och inglasad dusch. Vi bokade till frukosten som var fantastisk. Utöver fin buffé kunde man beställa in rätter vid bordet utan extra kostnad, ex. omelett, ägg benidict, våfflor mm. Läget är fantastiskt mitt på gågatan i old town. Gångavstånd till allt! På bottenplan finns ett vackert och fräscht spa med jacuzzi, pool och två olika bastu. Gym finns, men väldigt begränsat utbud. Hotellet rekommenderas varmt!

I had a luxury apartment and it was beautiful with a great view. Perfect size, bedroom was separate from couch area. Breakfast buffet was really good and so was the pizza from the attached restaurant. Massage was wonderful, perfect amount of pressure. I agree with other reviews, the pool is too cold. Especially since it’s indoors. I felt temperature was more like a cold plunge pool then a swimming pool. Noise doesn’t bother me but I could hear everyone on the street all night from my room, which faced the Main Street. So if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest getting a room in the back of hotel.

Great hotel in an excellent location. We appreciated the space and cleanliness of the room and it was a quiet haven in a central street. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again if visiting Krakow. Only two minor criticisms. The pool is too cold to the extent you can’t stay long. We booked this hotel as it had a pool so this was disappointing. Also breakfast service wasn’t ideal. We had to wait for a table all three mornings, not because it was full but because tables hadn’t been cleared. Plus we had to wait for essential breakfast items - cups for the coffee machine. Minor issues. Great facilities overall and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A warmer pool and would be five star review.

That's the best hotel in Krakow. The breakfast is one of the best we experienced the service is great. The room is beautiful and comfortable The bed is very pampering, also the blanket and pillows. The window is a roof top, so no view, but its not disturbing me. In the bathroom the towels are great. There is a shower cap vanity kit. The shampoo, body soap, conditioner and body cream are in large containers fixed to the wall. So, there are not toothbrush or comb hair like in other 5 stars hotel. The Spa is so beautiful but i would prefer the swimming pool temperature to be Higher then now, for me it's cold. The jacuzzi is great and warm enough for me. That's my 3rd time in this hotel and it will be always recommended by me.

Un très bel hôtel, excellemment placé! En plein centre de la vieille ville. Très confortable, belle piscine. Un tout petit bémol pour le ménage de la chambre, propre de manière générale mais poussière sur les abats jour des lampes et les barreaux du sèche serviette, un cheveu dans la douche…pas digne d’un 5 étoiles

Hotel was spotless, including the spa. Staff were all great, super helpful, particularly those at breakfast who went over and about to ensure a gluten free breakfast. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely recommend!

Average hotel. Average service. Average rooms. Average spa. The pictures look rather better than it is in reality. Rooms feel dated. Carpets were dirty and tired. Online it says soundproofed rooms, however, the street below is still audible. The view was a nice surprise, however, the tiles on the balcony were loose. The water temperature of the shower is unstable. The spa is dated and falling apart. The pool changes colour constantly which gives a cheap vibe. There are hotels nearby with much more modern and relaxing spa facilities. Overall, significantly over-priced compared to other exceptionally good hotels that offer much greater value in Old Town, Krakow.

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. I was with my 2 sisters and we took the biggest room. The day we arrived the heating did not work and it was very cold at night during the days we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The cups with the coffee remained dirty and they were not washed, the trash can remained full and the garbage was not emptied. It was only on the last day that I complained that it was cleaned. The best thing about the hotel was its very convenient location

We had a room on the interior of the 3rd floor so not much of a view but a large skylight with a motor driven shade. It was super cozy and very quiet, and very large. Well appointed with free waters and a Nespresso machine and hot water kettle (and caffeinated and decaf options for coffee and tea). Mini bar, but we didn’t use it. Shower was nice, though slightly hard to keep the water hot. The array for breakfast was so lovely and the staff there and in the hotel was very attentive! Fantastic location for restaurants and sight seeing. We would definitely come back (and we loved Krakow).

Location, location, location! This hotel is very nice and is in the perfect place - just minutes walk from main square with St Mary’s Basilica and just seconds from Florian’s gate and the Barbican in the opposite direction. Staff was just fine- didn’t need much from them but they were happy to call taxis when needed. Bed was a little firm for my liking and the pillows were uncomfortable for me, so I didn’t get the best sleep. Bathroom is marble and very pretty- but it echoes and is loud with little to no counter space. Breakfast was fine (not fabulous) and there was a light option which I appreciated. Still, the location made up for those little issues for me and I would stay there again!

Lovely clean hotel. Great pool and spa. All the staff are very friendly . Great location near to the main square Our room was overlooking the street so was a little noisy until the early hours.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work it was in the high 70s in our room. I kept asking about it every day of our 5 day stay. nothing was done. They didn’t offer a different room. First day they didn’t even have a fan. They gave us a fan the next day which did not make a difference. It was hard during a heatwave Otherwise we loved the room. Fantastiskt Hotell med underbar personal. Vi fick checka in tidigt utan problem när vi landade tidigt på morgonen. Jättebra läge, mitt på shoppinggatan. Så pass bra läge att taxin inte kunde köra riktigt hela vägen fram. Det enda dåliga var att sängen va rätt hård och kuddarna var riktigt platta.

Great hotel and location. I have stayed there twice and would return. Unfortunately a karaoke/ night club has opened across the side street. If your room faces the side street it will be noisy all night.

Excellent service here. I left my phone in a Krakow taxi and the front-desk staff helped us locate it and when the phone was actually located, and returned to the front-desk the staff there held on to it till we returned and I was able to retrieve it without missing a beat! Breakfasts were beyond my expectations, the room very comfortable, always clean. Our stay in Krakow was a big part of our European vacation which was much more than just a vacation (meeting my partner's parents for the first time) so the hotel was obviously a big part of our experience and it was just perfect.

I had a great stay. I arrived extremely early in the morning and was greeted kindly by Julia. She was absolutely wonderful! Not only was she friendly and professional, she was unbelievably accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond for me, I was just arriving after a 30 hour journey and she let me check-in early. She saw my exhaustion and took the initiative to see how she could help me and provide the best level of service (without me having to ask!). I saw her a few times throughout my stay and she was so warm and enthusiastic about my experience in her city. She very much made my stay a memorable one, especially when I didn’t get the same kind of hospitality in other places. Overall the hotel is in the best location, has a wonderful spa/Pool area, and super comfortable rooms. If, and WHEN I go back to Krakow, I will stay here.

Great hotel in an excellent location. We appreciated the space and cleanliness of the room and it was a quiet haven in a central street. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again if visiting Krakow. Only two minor criticisms. The pool is too cold to the extent you can’t stay long. We booked this hotel as it had a pool so this was disappointing. Also breakfast service wasn’t ideal. We had to wait for a table all three mornings, not because it was full but because tables hadn’t been cleared. Plus we had to wait for essential breakfast items - cups for the coffee machine. Minor issues. Great facilities overall and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A warmer pool and would be five star review.

It was a great location to the town square and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was Amazing and Natalie was an excellent server. Also, Simon was Very Helpful with my car situation . Would Definitely recommend this Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Old Town location, underground parking, beautiful hotel with a pool, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Krakow. The car GPS had some issues getting to the hotel because of one way and restricted access roads. Same with my phone maps. However, the extra few loops were worth the location and the stay at this hotel. (Reserve the parking to make sure you get a spot.) I booked a 4 bed suite and ended up with two rooms instead. It was nice to have the extra bathroom since I have older kids. The staff were great. Don’t book for VIP benefits, since you may not get anything, however, the stay itself will be memorable enough.

Location is perfect. Amazing room, very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superb, and the spa great and relaxing (and nice with long opening hours of both spa and gym). Will definitely come back and can fully recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very nice and is in the perfect place - just minutes walk from main square with St Mary’s Basilica and just seconds from Florian’s gate and the Barbican in the opposite direction. Staff was just fine- didn’t need much from them but they were happy to call taxis when needed. Bed was a little firm for my liking and the pillows were uncomfortable for me, so I didn’t get the best sleep. Bathroom is marble and very pretty- but it echoes and is loud with little to no counter space. Breakfast was fine (not fabulous) and there was a light option which I appreciated. Still, the location made up for those little issues for me and I would stay there again!

Property was a bit hard to find initially. There was no street in front of the hotel so you have to get dropped off at the nearest side street and you have to walk down a few blocks to find the hotel. We didn’t mind as the hotel was centrally located and amenities were fine. Staff were also great.

Wyndham Grand Krakow provided a comfortable stay. The spa was exceptional. The breakfast offerings were 4/5 lacking that little extra. H 15 luxury offered that little extra and would be our first choice again.

Bel hôtel moderne, personnel très agréable. L'ensemble bassin de nage et spa est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est très bon quoiqu'un peu trop onéreux pour le pays (près de 30€/personnes). Le seul bémol est sur la literie. Apparemment seules quelques chambres disposent de surmatelas et très franchement la literie est horrible sans. Je ne peux pas la qualifier de ferme mais d'extrêmement dure, au point d'être bloqué le matin. Bien sûr le personnel a été à l'écoute et à cherché une solution mais une nouvelle nuit avec une couette en guise de surmatelas n'a pas été suffisant. Aussi, la nuit suivante, alors que nous avons hésité à quitter l'établissement, ils nous ont enfin mis un surmatelas probablement issus d'un king size. La qualité première d'un hôtel est d'assurer un bon sommeil aussi je suggère au manager d'investir en surmatelas pour toutes les chambres.

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado, com ótimo atendimento e quartos confortáveis. A única ressalva é que alguns quartos não têm janela, apenas uma claraboia. Recebi um desses e me senti muito claustrofóbica. Pedi a troca e, apesar de o hotel estar lotado, conseguiram me acomodar em outro quarto. Fora isso, a experiência foi excelente e recomendo o hotel.

Hôtel très central dans la vieille ville, à 2 pas de la place. Très bon accueil à notre arrivé avec la proposition de boire un verre d’eau ou une coupe de champagne (prosecco) et quelques fraises coupées avec du chocolat dans la chambre. L’hôtel est très bien rénové et tout neuf il dispose de belles infrastructures piscine intérieure, jacuzzi, hammam et sauna. Nous n’avons pas testé les soins du SPA… L’hôtel dispose d’un petit rooftop (pas très haut mais agréable) juste au dessus du restaurant italien, où il est possible de manger et de boire un verre. Les cocktails sont très bons. Les chambres sont belles et les salles de bain équipées d’une grande douche. Les seuls bémols sont les chambres très mal insonorisée où nous entendions les enfants courir dans les couloirs et crier dans les chambres familiales qui sont malheureusement juste à côté de la chambre pour couple que nous avions juste à côté… Dommage que l’hôtel ne pense pas à installer les couples qui réservent 1 semaines à l’écart des chambres familiales… Le lit qui était un peu petit et qui était surtout équipé d’une couette qui ne permettait pas de la border en bas du lit, bref vous dormez les pieds à l’air c’est assez inconfortable surtout dans une hôtel de cette gamme c’est la première fois que je voyais cela. A refaire je choisirais un hôtel en dehors de cette rue car c’est LA rue où le soir vous faites harceler par les rabatteurs de boîte de stripTease (seul point négatif de ce magnifique voyage en Pologne) !

A refaire je choisirais un hôtel en dehors de cette rue car c’est LA rue où le soir vous faites harceler par les rabatteurs de boîte de stripTease (seul point négatif de ce magnifique voyage en Pologne) !

Stayed here for a portion of our honey moon and it was everything we were looking for! The convenience from the hotel to the train station, to the relaxing pool, to the kind and smiling staff, and lastly to the cute fourth floor room — it was perfect! I highly recommend the stay here. Besides being right in old town, there’s so much of krakow to experience and the stay here was perfect for us.

Besides being right in old town, there’s so much of krakow to experience and the stay here was perfect for us.

Overnattet 1 natt

The hotel was great, providing us with a large clean room. The gym is small for what I am used to with only a few cardio machines on no strength training options. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of delicious options including my favorite, salmon. The parking situation is tricky because the location is surrounded by complicated one ways where people are always walking in the streets. Their entry is a small nook in the building which has a car lift/elevator to take the car down into the lot. You have to temporarily park up on the sidewalk and let reception know that your car is waiting to be taken into the lot. The system works, but can be frustrating to people who are not familiar with it since driving past the spot means another long winding through one ways. Given all that, I would definitely stay there again given that it is right in the heart of Krakow and the room we had was so spacious we could have had a dance party in there.
