This house accommodated our extended family of 9 perfectly. It is beautiful, well-kept and clean. The floorplan is ideal -- the bedrooms/casitas are all ensuites a 1/2 bath off the entry. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding were every comfortable. The main living space is wonderful with an oversized couch and a large tv that was used often to watch World Cup soccer our entire stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and functional. The two large tables (one inside and one outside) are ideal for a large group. We loved the outdoor areas -- and the pool and hot tub are beautiful. We gazed and the view from the pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor couch constantly. The air conditioner works very well. We turned it off occasionally and opened up the large sliding doors for some indoor/outdoor living. Kathya was very responsive via whatsApp and very personable and knowledgeable about the house. We had Victor make dinner for us one night and it was delicious. We had left overs for a day or two. The community is gated with a security guard and felt very safe. There is a new shopping mall within walking distance. We walked to the new coffee shop/restaurant Cream a couple of times. All around it was a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend renting this home.

We had a wonderful family reunion over a long weekend at this beautiful property. The five bedroom suites worked perfectly for our group. The various sitting areas in sun and shade were perfect as well as the two large tables, indoor and out. The wall of sliding doors created a seamless indoor/outdoor space for our group. Marzia was a wonderful house manager and concierge, helping us with hiring a chef and transportation. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the villa! The space was very clean, well maintained and decorated, and came equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Chef Viktor is absolutely amazing and he cooked the best meals we had in Cabo San Lucas. We saw so many whales from the pool, the whole experience felt like a dream. I will note the shower water was cold, which was probably the only negative thing, but we managed! This villa is truly the best, I cannot recommend it enough. The neighborhood is super safe and we loved all the little gardens throughout the property too. Great stay 11/10 would recommend.
