Good location walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Clean property, however feel the 1 complimentary cleaning should have been provided at the midpoint of the stay and not towards the end. Friendly staff but did not speak English ( except for one) which was very disappointing. If you have a concierge, communication in critical. Basic kitchen which we did not use except for the fridge. No kettle used Microwave to heat water. No elevator therefore not able to access terrace.

Place and location were fantastic. Studio was clean and spacious. I was on the top floor so laundry, some weights and the terrace was outside my door. Staff is great. Even when my digital locking system needed rebooting they were there to help immediately Highly recommend

We booked the penthouse for ten days. The room was the perfect size, modern, comfortable and quiet. We especially liked the private patio. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just be aware there is no elevator so you’ll be climbing five floors if you stay in this room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location very much!

Clean contemporary with a cute rooftop terrace and gym. No elevator so be prepared but that was not an issue. Wonderful staff very helpful. Super comfy bed and little kitchen but why cook in Mexico city?

A very well situated apartment in one of the City’s best neighbourhoods. The metro and metro bus are nearby. Roma Norte has some very chic and desirable restaurants, plus some up market shopping. Jorge the manager speaks very good English and is extremely helpful in all manner of things. The building is very secure and has a roof terrace, laundry and small gym. Highly recommended.

Seven of us stayed at the ULIV Hotel Roma Norte for about five days for Mexico City Pride, and we had a fantastic time. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff are very friendly. A pleasant surprise was that there were free laundry machines available for use. The gym is tiny, but it has most of what you need—dumbbells of various sizes, a treadmill, and an exercise bike.

The site offers several room options. Mine had an equipped mini kitchen fridge stove top and basic pots, pans, and plates. The site has 24-hour front door security and is within three 4-block walks of most food, restaurants and green spaces. Staff are very communicative over WhatsApp, and wifi is excellent. You will need your own subscription password to log on to TV Roku system Disney, Prime, Net Flicks Extra. Like most places in the city, there is some urban noise ear plugs are provided, depending on your noise threshold. I did not notice the sounds much. It is a very comfortable stay if you are looking to spend some time in a mini apartment with a nice deck lounge, workout room, and laundry on the top floor. Note there is no elevator, so stairs to access all but 1st floor.

El check in es complicado en su plataforma, al llegar no había recibido el código para poder ingresar a la habitación y, en un inicio, el recepcionista tampoco me pudo dar acceso, después de varios minutos intentando con la plataforma, el joven me dio la clave. En general, el lugar es muy lindo, súper limpio y confortable. Las sábanas y toallas estaban impecables. El colchón y las almohadas son muy cómodas. La habitación que nos asignaron (101) estaba en planta baja, frente a la recepción y daba a la calle, por lo que era un poco ruidoso. El baño era bastante reducido, no sé si sea así en todas las habitaciones. No cuentan con estacionamiento, pero a la vuelta, en la calle San Luis Potosí, hay uno que es 24 horas con buenas tarifas.

Overall, we had an amazing time at the ULIV Roma Norte location. However, just a heads up for those traveling as a group: some of the rooms will be smaller than those in the photos online. Also, in this location, there is not an elevator in the building. The staff were great, and there was 24/7 security at the entrance of the building.

Stay was awesome. Super clean. No filtered water but I bought 2 big bottles for drinking and brushing my teeth. Shower was great. Hot water. Nice pressure. Bed was super comfy. No real street noise or noise from neighbors. I arrived early and Javi gave me some great recommendations for breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. Javi sent me more recommendations and also messaged me when my room was ready. I will be staying here on all my future visits!

I am a female that traveled to Mexico City alone. I stayed at ULIV Roma Norte and I very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop as well. The best part was the service, everyone that worked there was so kind and generous. I also felt safe walking around the neighborhood. There are a lot of food options nearby

Room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff at front desk were all friendly and helpful. The Roma Norte neighbourhood is great for walking around and very safe—more low key urban residential feel with lots of cafes and some great bars.

Hotel was well located and rooms were amazing. Unfortunately there was a gym above our room which people were accessing at all times of the day and when using the treadmill the sound was unbearable. This happened at 5am and woke us up. Also, there was an issue with the hot water which meant we couldn’t wash hands properly or shower. If it wasn’t for these 2 things, it would have received 5 stars.

The property was very nicely decorated, but this area of Roma Norte is a bit off-track compared to the area 3 blocks closer to Alvaro Obregón. But the amenities, service and cleanliness was perfect.

We were there for a week. detailed review - read to the end. The good: Staff was generally great. Clean, modern, well equipped room with A/C and heat, a comfortable king bed, fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove, cups, silverware, a cooking pot, espresso machine etc. Laundry machines are there, and are free, and work well. A good location. The reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is noise. From multiple sources. This is a small place. We were in one of the front rooms, facing the street at street level, with the big steel front door in between. Don’t accept on of those rooms. You hear the front door, every guest coming and going, all the front desk conversations day and night 3 feet from your room, outside conversations on the sidewalk, people knocking on your window from the street, people knocking on the front door, a super loud gasoline compressor tanker pump truck arrived at 11pm one night, ran a hose through the lobby near our door and pumped until 11:45 pm right in front of our window one night. Who does that? We asked for a different room and did not get one during our stay. Also, the outside lights were directly above our window and were on all night, every night. The curtains did not block them completely. We needed earplugs every single night. The stairs are also metal. If you stay here I highly recommend a room on the 2nd to 5th floors, in the back only, to reduce the noise from everything. I think they would be much quieter. Note there is no elevator.

Very small room, clean, modern, comfortable. Location is great. However it is way too small, not even much space to walk around the bed. The window is also sealed, just a vent. If you are claustrophobic, you will not enjoy this place. There is also no elevator in the building and going up the stairs and dealing with altitude can be hard.

It was a nice place but there were a few things that were bad, if you have luggage then prepare to walk up a narrow staircase. The room is just a bed and bathroom, no space to put your luggage. If you have carry on then it’s the perfect place.

Cute, well renovated hotel. Some rooms can be a bit small. I was traveling solo So it was alright. 3-4-5 walk up fyi (good for glutes). The window comes out into the inner part of the building/staircase so not much of a view. There is a rooftop patio plus a gym on the roof. Overall very comfortable and clean hotel. I’d come again.

Overall it was a nice hotel and I really liked the neighborhood it was in. However, we were on the first floor and it was very loud. There was a street light that came in through the window at night, and the blinds did not cover it - so it was hard to sleep. The people who work at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. However, one day into my stay I receive a text message that the gym was closed for two weeks for maintenance. The gym was one of the reasons I chose the hotel and given that they knew it would be closed, I was very angry that I was not told this in advance. I replied to the text but didn't get a response. I thought this was irresponsible of the hotel and really wish I had been told this in advance.

Overall the room was nice. It has a 24 hour concierge that secures the front entrance. There is no elevator, but I stayed on the first floor which was pleasant. It can get loud in the building, but they provide ear plugs. The room is nice and cozy. The only issue I had was the size of the bathroom in my room. It’s very small and there is no bathroom vent, so it gets steamy and wet after taking a shower. The only way to let steam out is to crack the window in the bathroom which faces the front lobby. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to stay in the heart of everything. A very walkable location in Roma Norte. There’s a fridge in the room and a small burner to cook if you would like to do so. Would stay here again but maybe try a bigger room. If so, I would pack light because you’d have to take your luggage up the stairs.
Overall the room was nice. It has a 24 hour concierge that secures the front entrance. There is no elevator, but I stayed on the first floor which was pleasant. It can get loud in the building, but they provide ear plugs. The room is nice and cozy. The only issue I had was the size of the bathroom in my room. It’s very small and there is no bathroom vent, so it gets steamy and wet after taking a shower. The only way to let steam out is to crack the window in the bathroom which faces the front lobby. The room was fairly modern but it was extremely small. Not even sufficient for a sole traveller. You had to walk sideways around the bed to get around and there was no space at all to even open the suitcase. The bathroom was so narrow there was no space dry yourself after a shower or keep anything in the bathroom. Additionally, the room was right next to the reception desk. You could hear the staff talking and watching videos and on the phone all night. It may be different on other floors.

The staff was nice and check in was easy. Staff communicated the entire stay and security was accommodating. The neighborhood felt safe and it was walkable with restaurants and cafes nearby. Although the room seemed clean, I sneezed the entire time I was there. I also didn’t sleep well during my stay. Lastly the room I stayed in was on the top floor and there was no elevator. When other guests would smoke it would come in my room. And when I brought it up to staff they minimized my concern. I would stay there again, but would request a bigger room.

We were there for a week. detailed review - read to the end. The good: Staff was generally great. Clean, modern, well equipped room with A/C and heat, a comfortable king bed, fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove, cups, silverware, a cooking pot, espresso machine etc. Laundry machines are there, and are free, and work well. A good location. The reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is noise. From multiple sources. This is a small place. We were in one of the front rooms, facing the street at street level, with the big steel front door in between. Don’t accept on of those rooms. You hear the front door, every guest coming and going, all the front desk conversations day and night 3 feet from your room, outside conversations on the sidewalk, people knocking on your window from the street, people knocking on the front door, a super loud gasoline compressor tanker pump truck arrived at 11pm one night, ran a hose through the lobby near our door and pumped until 11:45 pm right in front of our window one night. Who does that? We asked for a different room and did not get one during our stay. Also, the outside lights were directly above our window and were on all night, every night. The curtains did not block them completely. We needed earplugs every single night. The stairs are also metal. If you stay here I highly recommend a room on the 2nd to 5th floors, in the back only, to reduce the noise from everything. I think they would be much quieter. Note there is no elevator.

Me encantó el lugar, todo fabuloso. Pero al inicio tuve problemas pues no aparecía mi reservación, e intenté comunicarme al número que tiene de contacto, y jamás contestó el enlace que al efecto señalan. Aunado a eso, el link que dan para el el check in es inoperante, en función que no deja registrar correctamente la fecha de nacimiento y, por tanto, no permite el continuar con el check in virtual.

We will definitely be back. Our room was the perfect amount of space. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked great. No words can express the amount of gratitude we have for the entire staff. They immediately made us feel welcome. The property was easy to get to and is in a great location for food and nearby attractions. Online check-in was available and very easy, onsite staff were friendly and the property is extremely safe as it is a security building with a staff member at the desk overnight.

Good, however was in town for music festival and did not end until 2 AM. With that being said, the security guard did not let us in for over 10/15 minutes and had to wait to be let in one night. On our last night there up until the moment we left, we had no water. I went downstairs and security tried something but did not work. We were unable to shower or use the restroom or even brush our teeth and had to wait until the airport to do so.

I really enjoyed my stay at Uliv Roma, and the staff made me feel safe and comfortable while there. Jorge was an amazing help, and the woman (I apologize for forgetting her name) worked to rectify a quick issue regarding the water. In general, I enjoyed the hospitality and would recommend this location. I felt safe as a solo traveler, and thank you again!

Incredible location in Roma Norte so close to the Hospital Gwneral subway. Very clean and safe with 24 hour security. Excellent rooms and ammenities for the price, I would highly recommend it and stay here again when I visit Mexico City.

We stayed at ULIV Roma for about a week and had a great stay, all staff were extra friendly and accommodating, security was excellent, and they took extra steps to make our stay a lovely experience. The area is away from the busy part of Roma Norte, in a quieter area but with a ton of cafes, dining and cocktail options, we frequented many within a 1 or 2 block radius. It was very walkable to the main parts of Roma, Condessa, and several other areas, if you’re a walker. Ubers from the hotel to further areas was easy and inexpensive. Our room was nice & a good size, I didn’t see when booking that housekeeping was extra, but we didn’t spend much that time at the hotel, so we made do, and any extras we needed, like toilet paper etc, they provided. We could have used a few more towels but we didn’t ask. All in all an amazing price and stay, and I highly recommend.

Room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff at front desk were all friendly and helpful. The Roma Norte neighbourhood is great for walking around and very safe—more low key urban residential feel with lots of cafes and some great bars.

A very well situated apartment in one of the City’s best neighbourhoods. The metro and metro bus are nearby. Roma Norte has some very chic and desirable restaurants, plus some up market shopping. Jorge the manager speaks very good English and is extremely helpful in all manner of things. The building is very secure and has a roof terrace, laundry and small gym. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The inside is decorated with plants, very beautiful. The room was very nice and it was clean. It was great to have a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. It is the perfect location to explore the Roma neighborhood. Jorge was very communicative throughout the whole stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff but did not speak English ( except for one) which was very disappointing. If you have a concierge, communication in critical. Basic kitchen which we did not use except for the fridge. No kettle used Microwave to heat water. No elevator therefore not able to access terrace.

Clean contemporary with a cute rooftop terrace and gym. No elevator so be prepared but that was not an issue. Wonderful staff very helpful. Super comfy bed and little kitchen but why cook in Mexico city?

The security guard was really helpful. Even with the language barrier, their customer service was good. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a stove. There are also plates, cutleries(spoons, knives, and forks).If you want to cook there are some supermarkets around the area that's walking distance. Lots of good restaurants to eat at that is also walkable.

Nice newer building with 30 units. Nice modern units Staff very available and very friendly. No elevator. Note only the front units gave windows facing outside. Middle and rear units have no outside facing windows, only windows in the stairwell.

The room was brand new, nice and good equipped. Just as described. The window was facing the hall/stairs. The check-in process was tiresome. I booked roughly an hour bevor I got there. I had to fill out an online form with the information that otherwise I wouldn’t be able to check-in. When it didn’t work there was no way to get an answer. I found that quite stressful. Finally I received the code for the door via email. At the house I had to wait more than 20 minutes while a friendly and helpful security guard was trying get me into the system. The experience might be very different when you check-in during the day. I have the feeling the process does not work properly for short notice bookings in the evenings. Checkout is at 11:00. which I personally find to early - especially in comparison to other places I usually stay at in CDMX. The staff I met the next morning was very friendly and accommodating.
