This home met all the amenities my group was looking for and more! James is an amazing host & great with communicating. He was very attentive to our request and met them. The property had breathtaking views of the river and provided us with all the fishing space we needed! I would highly recommend this spot.

Great location on the St. Joseph River. We caught several small mouth bass off the sea wall. Nice quiet neighborhood and it is close to everything in town.

Repeat trip to St Joseph’s! We enjoyed this house so much last year we decided to return. The layout is perfect for our family and dogs. Great memories the 2nd time around too!

What a great home! Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. House was quite spacious and we all felt like we had our own “space”. The great room was awesome, the sectional is enormous (and comfy). Super quiet well maintained neighborhood with lots of birds, small wildlife etc. We enjoyed spending time in the shady yard with a view of the river. My dog loved all of the wildlife scents and did great on a 40 ft leash.

We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

What a fantastic, quiet, beautiful and comfortable place! We will try to book it again! The house is very nice - high end appliances, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and unbelievable backyard right on the river! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Fishing off of the dock/river edge was lots of fun. Caught some catfish and watched the boats. The only issue we had was the baby items displayed online were not in condition to use. They were stored in a room in the back of the house so we had to purchase a pak and play for the baby. I don't want to give a poor review on that one issue as it only applies if you are vacationing with a baby.

The property was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, very clean! A family favorite was to just watch the river go by out the beautiful windows! It soon became a favorite of our dog and grandson too! This property is close to shopping and attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood! About 20 minutes from Silver Beach County Park in Saint Joseph, a great way to spend a day!

The house was very nice on the inside. The location was great and the view was magnificent. There was ample towels and bedding for our stay. The only negative I have is the outside could have used a good cleaning. The screened in patio was covered with dust and spider webs. The front entrance area was dusty and full of spider webs. The only reason I’m pointing out the outside conditions are because we are outside people. I would definitely rent again. I would have given a 5 star rating if the outside was half as good as the inside.

We were in town for my son's wedding in Benton Harbor. We loved our mornings in front of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room watching the fog come off the river and morning coffee. We slept great in the master bedroom and had an overall great stay.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful,spacious home. Great view from the living rooms! Open living room and kitchen area. Plenty of space for the entire family. Nice closets, fully stocked kitchen. Felt like home away from home, will definitely be back when we are back in Michigan.

The property is beautiful. It was so peaceful on the lake, hearing, and watching all the little animals. Nearly everything you would need is provided. The communication from booking through our entire stay was excellent. I would stay there again.

The house is very nicely appointed, great condition, and clean. The location is close to St. Jo and many other area of interest (hiking, fishing, beaches). The property owner is easy to work with - super communication. We would stay again.

My family and I have stayed here 3 times already and each time, we have a wonderful stay! The house is clean, property is nice, and location is awesome! The house has everything you need and can fit a large family very comfortably!! And James is a great host. We’ll be back! Thank you!!!

The property was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, very clean! A family favorite was to just watch the river go by out the beautiful windows! It soon became a favorite of our dog and grandson too! This property is close to shopping and attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood! About 20 minutes from Silver Beach County Park in Saint Joseph, a great way to spend a day!

What a great home! Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. House was quite spacious and we all felt like we had our own “space”. The great room was awesome, the sectional is enormous (and comfy). Super quiet well maintained neighborhood with lots of birds, small wildlife etc. We enjoyed spending time in the shady yard with a view of the river. My dog loved all of the wildlife scents and did great on a 40 ft leash.

We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

Everything was wonderful, beautiful,spacious home. Great view from the living rooms! Open living room and kitchen area. Plenty of space for the entire family. Nice closets, fully stocked kitchen. Felt like home away from home, will definitely be back when we are back in Michigan.

This is a beautiful, clean VRBO that sits on the St.Joseph River. This river front property is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! It is pet friendly and has everything you could possibly need. The host was excellent communicating with me and reached out to me the day before our arrival to inform me that we could check-in anytime, which we really appreciated! Will definitely stay here again! During our stay, we went fishing on Lk Michigan with Big Bird Charter. Would highly recommend them as well! We had a great outing and are going home with a coolers full of salmon!

Great house on the river. Beautiful view and beautifully decorated. Hosts were awesome and reached out and gave us code to get in before we arrive local pizza delivers there too. We would stay again if we come back.
