Booked a room with king sized bed and dishwasher. Was given a twin bed instead and no dishwasher. Stayed 9 nights used pool 2 times, pool and hot tub were always filled with actual residents from the condo complex, which is fine, I just expected a less busy pool area. And that’s on me. Super small condo, living room and bedroom are the same room. Overall I would rate this place 3 stars. Costumer service was great and helpful over the phone.

This place was perfect for us. The location was just what we wanted in a quiet area and a nice pool and hot tub.

Plan to bring your own coffee, food/seasoning needs as that is limited to salt/pepper/sugar. But the kitchen was stocked with nearly all utensils needed. There were Tommy bahama chairs (quite worn but still great for a day lounging in the beach), and an umbrella for the beach (too windy for us to use) along with a cooler for snacks and drinksThe bed was small but comfy and the room was nicely decorated and easy to just chill in. It was nice to either hang out by the pool or relax in the hot tub. There were tennis rackets available, but we didn’t get a chance to play (bring tennis balls). The only reason I didn’t give full five stars across the board is there was a small roach issue (make sure all food is covered and put away), not extreme. And there was construction happening on the property, so it was loud at times and just a little cluttered. But nothing that would deter us from staying again. In fact, I would recommend this great little place to friends.

I would have given this property a five star rating except for one big but -- no towel exchange no matter how long someone is staying. In our case, we each had one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth each for a six day stay. W hen I inquired I was told I could go to the laundromat (the self-laundry room at the property was closed for repairs) down the street and wash the towels myself. No way should I be expected spend my vacation time and money to wash their towels! I re-read the description and policies of the property and there is no mention of this very poor policy. On the other hand, the condo was sufficient for our stay. Comfortable for a couple or a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Property was quiet. As indicated in policy no maid service but with the supplies provided, we took 10 minutes each morning to make the bed and clean up a bit. Pool, spa, barbeque area, tennis courts, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach. Location is across the street from a beach park, turtle pond and whale museum. Nearby Azeka Shopping Center has restaurants and services, including reasonably priced Boss Frog for a variety of rental items and not to be missed Nalu's South Shore Grill.

Location that's great, décor was absolutely great. Very clean.

Location was amazing, within walking distance to beach access. The bed was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Just be careful leaving any food on the counter/stove, even in containers as we ended up with bugs in our bread (ants got through sealed with plastic wrap, stored on counter) and in our dinner (roaches in a skillet on the stove) within minutes of sitting down to eat.

I stayed at the Kihei Bay Surf b212. I had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was very convenient and close to the main street for easy Uber pick up access. The bathroom was very clean. The air condition worked well along with the fans that were provided. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but I did look at it and it looked really nice. The one feature that I did like was that there was a pür water purifier attachment to the kitchen sink which was very helpful. I recommend going to this place definitely. I would have give them 5 stars but the AC they have was not cooling the room and the bathroom ventilation fan was broken which they told me someone will come and fix it which they never did. Bathroom stinks because of no window or ventilation fan. Kitchen have enough kitchenware which was plus

Great property, ac struggled but was adequate, close to the beach 1/3 mile. Clean and stocked with what you might need for a day at the beach.

The unit is just across the road from a beautiful park and beach and is also conveniently located near the main shopping area of Kihei. The unit itself is right next to the pool and the complex management cleans the pool area every day at 7:30am until about 9:30am. The gardeners also start work at about that time. This made it almost impossible to have a quiet, enjoyable morning on the lanai

Very nice local access to nearby eateries and nightlife. Accessible ocean access. Pleasant stay. A/C machine did not work, but with windows open and ceiling fans on, it was fine.

It was a good stay, its apartments so your dealing with neighbors who dont know how to mind their own buisness. The toilet wouldnt flush during our stay but the manager was good about sending someone right away. We couldnt opt out of having maintenance come while we were gone which we didnt like too much. It was very close to the beach and we could walk over. I would stay again.

If Looking to get out to Maui at affordable price one block away from the ocean with a full kitchen this is the spot

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen: Sie liegt an der Hauptstraße und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Genau gegenüber über der Straße befindet sich ein schöner Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann sich dank der Küche sehr gut versorgen.
