This place was amazing! The location was fantastic, easy parking and right on the beach. Steps from the back door to the beach was so nice where you can watch the sunset and see turtles swimming. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and fast to respond. We love this place and will come again. Thank you!!

I love that immediately upon entering you can drop your stuff in the bedrooms and see whales out the balcony doors! The owner has binoculars on the tv stand that were amazing for whale watching from the unit. Also available were beach chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella, so handy! Laundry is not in the unit, but coin laundry available. The pool is small but perfect for cooling down or for kids to play. You are right on the beach and walking distance from restaurants and entertainment. There is a grocery store a short distance away. We had no problems with air conditioning. There are 3 AC units in the condo and we’re more than ample for cooling. Overall, I would definitely go back and recommend this unit.

we had a great trip. This location is very centrally located. Stores are close by the facility is very clean very well taken care of pool and the beach are very easily accessed and it was nice to be able to barbecue.

Unit was not cleaned. Burn marks on counter tops. 2 kitchen cupboard doors hanging off hinges. Carpet very old and worn plus stains all along the edge by sliding glass doors. Unit smells musty. I called Vacasa (property management) and they sent a cleaning company right away. Pool was broken and out of use for 5 days.

This condo was amazing, and just the right size for my friend and I. The view is amazing, we watched whales breech each morning from the balcony. The amenities in the condo made it feel like home, and the location was quiet, but still close to shops and dining. The pool is lovely, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The beach was not crowded and it was nice to be able to relax, while being steps from the condo. I would stay at this condo again and hope to return soon! Thank you!

We really enjoy the location, steps from the ocean beach, cleanliness of the unit, well equipped kitchen, portable beach chairs and umbrella, even yoga mats! Customer service excelled. We didn’t have any issues, yet our manager kept us updated on arrival info and general inquiries. Grocery store, medical clinic (if needed), shopping, restaurants all within easy walking distance. This condo is directly on the beach in Kihei, 50 feet foot walk to the water and a view from the patio that can’t be matched in all of Maui. This place is perfect condo for couples, comfortable bed, and easy parking. Right next to times super market for groceries and centrally located in Kihei to get to all of Maui. Extremely clean and well maintained, just be aware we lost power twice for an extended periods of time and were without AC, this is common in Kihei. Would recommend this to any couples visiting Maui.

We stayed for a 4 night stay. Building was built in 1969/70 and has 50 units. Pool is small, maybe 6 people could fit in it. The unit is full of way too many decorations to the point there are not a lot of places to put things. Bedrooms don’t have a place to put your suitcase and closets are half full of cleaning supplies, linens, etc. The master bedroom DOES NOT have AC, only the second bedroom and living room. Bed in second bedroom is old and you can feel the springs, not very comfortable. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning and new bath/hand towels. We ran out of towels after 3 days and it’s $5 at coin op machines to wash there. Kitchen is full of way too many dishes, glasses, utensils. It’s like they collect items left or go to yard sales. No pantry to store food, but nice new appliances. Only 2 bbq’s for entire property. No parking pass left to use, but property manager brought the next morning.

We spent 8 days in this beach front condo and loved every second of it. The condo’s patio opens up to an incredible view of the ocean. The grounds in front are nicely kept with sweeping palms adding to the beauty of the ocean view and warm breezes. You can’t beat the location, right on the beach!! A smaller building makes for a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The condo itself had all we needed to enjoy our stay. It is a bit outdated but clean and cozy. For us the only down side was no dishwasher and the 2 bedrooms had sliding curtains rather than walls which isn’t great for privacy. We still loved it though and would definitely re book.

We love this location in Kihei, directly on the beach and ALL units are beachfront!This was our first stay in unit and we will definitely be back. Small, one bedroom unit, but perfect for my husband and myself. Big plus, an A/C in the bedroom as well as the family room. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and although we had a couple of issues when we arrived, the property manager was wonderful. We had a broken chair on the lanai and a burn mark/hole on one of the couch cushions. We reported it immediately and were very happy with their response. The broken chair was removed and they already knew about the couch cushion. Beautiful views. Phenomenal beach. Mahalo!

We were on the first floor and the condo was great. They greet you with a little welcome bag, house was spotless, great location- literally right near the beach. A quick 1 minute walk over grass and the beach is there. Everything was great! Will absolutely stay again. Convenient to shops too. Loved it.

We loved our time in Maui. The condo was well equipped with an amazing view. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well stocked but dated - the cabinets weren’t in the best shape and there is no dishwasher - not a reason to not book, just an FYI to set expectations. We had a fabulous couple of days, wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! The location was fantastic, easy parking and right on the beach. Steps from the back door to the beach was so nice where you can watch the sunset and see turtles swimming. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and fast to respond. We love this place and will come again. Thank you!!

We stayed for a 4 night stay. Building was built in 1969/70 and has 50 units. Pool is small, maybe 6 people could fit in it. The unit is full of way too many decorations to the point there are not a lot of places to put things. Bedrooms don’t have a place to put your suitcase and closets are half full of cleaning supplies, linens, etc. The master bedroom DOES NOT have AC, only the second bedroom and living room. Bed in second bedroom is old and you can feel the springs, not very comfortable. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning and new bath/hand towels. We ran out of towels after 3 days and it’s $5 at coin op machines to wash there. Kitchen is full of way too many dishes, glasses, utensils. It’s like they collect items left or go to yard sales. No pantry to store food, but nice new appliances. Only 2 bbq’s for entire property. No parking pass left to use, but property manager brought the next morning.

Unit was not cleaned. Burn marks on counter tops. 2 kitchen cupboard doors hanging off hinges. Carpet very old and worn plus stains all along the edge by sliding glass doors. Unit smells musty. I called Vacasa (property management) and they sent a cleaning company right away. Pool was broken and out of use for 5 days.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and although we had a couple of issues when we arrived, the property manager was wonderful. We had a broken chair on the lanai and a burn mark/hole on one of the couch cushions. We reported it immediately and were very happy with their response. The broken chair was removed and they already knew about the couch cushion. Beautiful views. Phenomenal beach. Mahalo!

We really enjoy the location, steps from the ocean beach, cleanliness of the unit, well equipped kitchen, portable beach chairs and umbrella, even yoga mats! Customer service excelled. We didn’t have any issues, yet our manager kept us updated on arrival info and general inquiries. Grocery store, medical clinic (if needed), shopping, restaurants all within easy walking distance. The on site new BBQ was great. Laundry facilities are on site and easy to use if needed. Thank you again Robert and Kristin in making our Maui vacation perfect! See you again soon!

We spent 8 days in this beach front condo and loved every second of it. The condo’s patio opens up to an incredible view of the ocean. The grounds in front are nicely kept with sweeping palms adding to the beauty of the ocean view and warm breezes. You can’t beat the location, right on the beach!! A smaller building makes for a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The condo itself had all we needed to enjoy our stay. It is a bit outdated but clean and cozy. For us the only down side was no dishwasher and the 2 bedrooms had sliding curtains rather than walls which isn’t great for privacy. We still loved it though and would definitely re book.

This condo was amazing, and just the right size for my friend and I. The view is amazing, we watched whales breech each morning from the balcony. The amenities in the condo made it feel like home, and the location was quiet, but still close to shops and dining. The pool is lovely, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The beach was not crowded and it was nice to be able to relax, while being steps from the condo. I would stay at this condo again and hope to return soon! Thank you!

We were on the first floor and the condo was great. They greet you with a little welcome bag, house was spotless, great location- literally right near the beach. A quick 1 minute walk over grass and the beach is there. Everything was great! Will absolutely stay again. Convenient to shops too. Loved it.

This condo is directly on the beach in Kihei, 50 feet foot walk to the water and a view from the patio that can’t be matched in all of Maui. This place is perfect condo for couples, comfortable bed, and easy parking. Right next to times super market for groceries and centrally located in Kihei to get to all of Maui. Extremely clean and well maintained, just be aware we lost power twice for an extended periods of time and were without AC, this is common in Kihei. Would recommend this to any couples visiting Maui.
