As described. Very cute and fun. Beds were comfortable. All things were small...tea cups, bowls and plates. The grounds are fun. We enjoyed feeding the pygmy goats and miniature horse. The area was convenient to many places we visited. We would totally go again to visit another house!

Well thought out, well executed in all the parts of the house, looking like different fairytales. We have a lot of fun with the scavenger hunts, visiting the gift shop and seeing the other properties. The games and toys available along with the dress up stuff. Note that one of the upstairs beds does squeak, may be great for some people, but not great for people with sensory issues or autism. Over all our stay was magical!

The house is utterly charming. My kids (11 and almost 14) were so excited to find all the scavenger hunt items and see all the little hidden gems throughout. We did our sightseeing during the day and watched the provided DVDs and played board games in the evenings. There is a cute little gift shop with special trinkets on the property so bring cash in smallish bills to enjoy! There are several other properties that were so fun to see the exterior and explore the outside scavenger hunt too. The host was easy to communicate with.

This place was amazing! The cottage was adorable, the farm animals were so so cute, the Owl Post and Gift shop are so thoughtful and exciting additions. This property was very peaceful and the cotrage was very clean. The only issue we encountered were ants in the kitchen, but that wasn't that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and I'd love to stay at the other cottages on the property!

This was the perfect place for our fairy tale vacation! It was so cute and unique, the attention to detail was superb! Everything was clean and I loved that it didn’t have a strong smell of air freshener as an sensitive to air freshener and perfumes. Kristi was easy to get in touch with and very pleasant. The whole property was also amazing, we can’t wait to experience the other rentals!!

The cottage was Enchanting. Unique decor. A little dusty due to the amount of nik-naks and cloth on the walls, but overall clean. The house rules are a little unrealistic. "No frying, especially chicken". No applying perfume or cologne inside the cabin. The water pressure is good, and has instant heat. Great location for a day at the Chickamauga Battlefield.

Property was as described. It was very unique. It had a definite hobbit vibe to it. Very cute. We were only there for one night and ate out. Kitchen seemed to have what was needed. The fridge is not full size. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was very good. Cottage was very cute and was very well decorated and taken care of. Would stay again if in the area.

The property was extremely clean and Kristi was a wonderful host. My friends and I had a wonderful time here. I would highly recommend it to families with children as the host has taken a lot of trouble to make the place engaging for all ages. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity for it arises in the future!

Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. The kitchen and cooking utensils were a great addition and very helpful for us! The house was clean and had lots of sleeping areas for our group! However, some lights wouldn't turn on, and it was very cold as we weren't allowed to turn the AC up. Those are very minor things, and we overall enjoyed our stay!

This was a cute little cottage! Very fun and whimsical. The stairs are steep and i thought i was going to slip on them, but I managed. The beds were all very comfortable! And the atmosphere if the whole property was peaceful.

The owner was a very down to earth kind of person, she made my wife, my kids and me feel at home from the moment we stepped out of the car. We will definitely book another stay in the near future.

We had a wonderful, magical stay! I highly recommend this cottage. The entire farm is a welcome escape from the world. Every detail is carefully curated and arranged with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. You will not regret your stay here.

We had a wonderful, magical stay! I highly recommend this cottage. The entire farm is a welcome escape from the world. Every detail is carefully curated and arranged with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. You will not regret your stay here.

The cottage was Enchanting. Unique decor. A little dusty due to the amount of nik-naks and cloth on the walls, but overall clean. The house rules are a little unrealistic. "No frying, especially chicken". No applying perfume or cologne inside the cabin. The water pressure is good, and has instant heat. Great location for a day at the Chickamauga Battlefield.

We brought our mother in law up for the day to see lookout mountain and the aquarium. The cottage was so perfect! The property is beautiful and Kristi was so sweet! We will be back often!

Property was as described. It was very unique. It had a definite hobbit vibe to it. Very cute. We were only there for one night and ate out. Kitchen seemed to have what was needed. The fridge is not full size. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was very good. Cottage was very cute and was very well decorated and taken care of. Would stay again if in the area.

We only stayed one night but the place was so charming! All the fairy tale touches were magical. The beds were comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed. The property it is on is beautiful also with other themed cottages. The host was very responsive . Definitely want to come back!

Such a charming place! We enjoyed our weekend there. The kitchen isn’t a full size, and the cooking pans were limited, but it was a lovely house and farm area! We loved walking the property and exploring!

Very unique cottage and property with several other themed lodgings and themed common areas. Goats and miniature horse on property you can pet and feed. Cottage has so many treasures to look at , beds are comfy, and space is used well. Very close to downtown Chickamauga but still in a country setting. Highly recommend this property and host.

Not as seen in photos! Pics make the place seem like a cute little themed cottage with plenty of natural light and tasteful decorations. The place was cramped and overdone with stuff, had towels and other non-curtain fabric hanging on windows. Had an overpowering scent of mildew. Everything we took into the house smells terrible now and has to be washed ASAP.

What a charming and fun place. Truly a wonderful experience for families. The host has thought of everything. Every detail is planned out, thoughtful, and geared to accommodate the guests that stay. The host was fantastic at communicating the expectations and responded promptly to every message. When we pulled in, the string lights were on, the atmospheric lighting inside was already on for us, so when you pull up and walk in for the first time, it feels quite magical. As beautiful as the home was, the owl watching station was our favorite. We wished we had more than one night there to enjoy that space more, but the wax sealing station, the fanciful things to look at in every nook and cranny is just so imaginative and fun. The little general store is adorable and we loved looking at the little trinkets for sale. The dvd and game collection to borrow from is also a wonderful touch to provide to families. The host cares deeply for this place and you can see that in all the details from the scavenger hunt, to the firewood and marshmallow roasting sticks being provided. Some of the rules are a bit different than what some are probably used to, but when you get there, you can see why those rules exist. Hands down was a wonderful experience and even though we only had one night to enjoy it, we couldn’t have asked for a better first night stay to kick off our family vacation. 100% would recommend checking this place out. The goats and mini horse are a fantastic bonus!!
