The backyard view is outstanding. We watched sunsets at night and seabirds and hummingbirds during the day. The location let us get to wine country easily and we took the ferry to San Francisco. The house was comfortable with all the dishwater we needed.

Beware. Filthist place we have ever rented, and we rent all over the world. Mold on back wall with severe water damage. Entire home stunk of mold/musty smell. Roaches everywhere at night. GROSS.

Positives. Good beds, spacious garage. Nice patio. Wonderful view. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent neighborhood and location.Negatives. New screen needed for slider. Fell off when opened due to rusted rollers. Texted host a couple times with no response. Not big issues.Summary. Good stay overall. Not quite “ luxury” as listed.

Easy to communicate with the owner, quick response. The home is as described and pictured. Great bay view and constant breeze, pretty sunsets. A bit tricky with the Jack & Jill bathroom if you’re traveling with a family as there’s only one other full bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, close to stores.
