We were looking for a place that was nice and could accommodate a dog. This was that place. Was a great home, it was clean decorated well. It also had a nice fenced in backyard with a great patio area. Communication was superb and would defiantly use again when in Tulsa.

Excellent host! Couldn't ask for better communication. Hosts provided a couple of specialty items I requested ahead of time. They also came right away (and fixed it) when we reported a small water problem. Easy to get to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Walkable neighborhood. Nice hardwood and tile flooring. Wonderful backyard for eating outdoors, with great flat grass yard for kids and adults. Was able to watch various birds and rabbits from back patio doors.

We came for a concert. We usually travel with our dogs, and this was no exception. Sometimes, listings say they are pet friendly, but then there are so many rules that it should say "allowed with restrictions," not "friendly." Our dogs were as comfortable as at home. The place was super clean and centrally located to family we were visiting. The home was well stocked for our stay. It was the first time we travelled with our 2 dogs and they loved the large back yard. They also loved walking in a new neighborhood. Lots of fun places to explore nearby on Route 66, downtown Tulsa, and shopping/restaurants.

1st time I had been to Tulsa, so I had no idea where to stay. We had 2 puppies with us so we knew a pet friendly place with a fenced in yard was a requirement. Cleanliness is my #1 priority after that. Somehow we lucked out! This place wads perfect. The minute we walked through the door we immediately felt welcome and like we were "home." Very clean with a big back yard. The decor was inviting and exactly what we needed. The master bedroom mattress was divine! Spent an evening listening to the albums provided and loved every second of it. The communication with the host was extremely quick, and his helpfulness and suggestions were much appreciated. Don't waste time looking any further. :-)

Beautiful home away from home near the Fairgrounds for our 12 night stay! Owners are very accommodating and the home has everything you could need for your stay. Big backyard and covered porch for your morning coffee or evening gathering. Big kitchen with all the extra's, comfortable beds and pillows, clean and nice size family room with smart tv. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay with a horse show at Fairgrounds. Very quiet with nice neighbors. Love our host, Clark, who even asked about how our show was going. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals. Cleaning is superb with comfortable beds. Will come back.

This house is fantastic! It's very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It didn't take us long to get anywhere we went in Tulsa, especially downtown. They have fixed this old house up making it a perfect place to stay! The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Clark goes the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and enjoying their stay. If I ever visit Tulsa again I will definitely stay at this house!

The house was so warm and welcoming when we arrived. Clean, spotless and smelled wonderful. We were able to get a great night's rest on the comfy beds. Our texts were answered immediately when we had questions. I had to call one time and Clark called me by name when he answered. The feel of family! Will definitely reserve it again!!

This house was the perfect stay for four of us. We only needed it for the one night, but it had everything for a longer stay. So cute and quaint. The decor was really cute, and the hosts were so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Stayed here for National Wrestling Championship at BOK. This home was PERFECT! Close, but not to far. Took us 10 minutes and and easy drive to get there. The home was amazing and our host was very nice. We chatted like old friends! I would definitely use this home again if I ever came to Tulsa! Everything you could imagine was available! Kitchen is a bakers dream! Beds were amazingly comfortable! Neighborhood was quiet and safe! The hand book gave great suggestions for dining and things to do. Back yard quiet, great room for our dog to run and explore!

We were in town for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It is clean, safe, comfortable, very reasonably priced, and conveniently located (we were told that in Tulsa you're about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go, and that was about right!). The best feature though is your hosts, who are truly the kindest, friendliest, most accommodating hosts you will ever have (at least that was our experience). There were a couple things we couldn't find in the kitchen so I let Clark know, and voila, they were there for us the next day. I'm not sure if we'll have a reason to return to Tulsa in the near future, but for those of you who will be, I highly recommend you stay here!

We came from Illinois to visit my mom for her 90th and Moms Day. Absolutely amazing place. They had everything we needed and more. The tv remote was out of batteries and he rode his bike over to replace them. They had the couch covered for our dog. We could just feel how special he is. Thank you Clark!

This is a return visit for us & all was even lovelier than before. Decor has been updated; beds are SO comfortable (as they were last time)! Host is courteous & attentive - even asked about coming by to complete lawn care while we were away from the house. How nice is that?! Location is ideal & price is reasonable. I highly recommend this beautiful property! A+++

We were very happy with this little house. Very peaceful neighborhood, close to the main roads and especially near Route 66! I felt safe there. It was very clean and well taken care of. I was a little hesitant when I saw the steps to the house because they needed a little tlc, but once we got in, it was very clean, neat and spacious for the three of us and our little dog. We would definitely come here again in the future. A big thanks to Clark, and his hospitality. He was very accommodating and helpful anytime I needed to call.

This property and host are both great! The house is centrally located to everything. Half a block from Route 66. The was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and easy access to major roads if you wanted to venture out further. The property was very clean and had plenty of room. The back yard was nice, even though we didn’t use it very much. We absolutely felt like we were at home while we were there. The host was super helpful and checked on us throughout our trip. I would 100% stay here again.

This house is fantastic! It's very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It didn't take us long to get anywhere we went in Tulsa, especially downtown. They have fixed this old house up making it a perfect place to stay! The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Clark goes the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and enjoying their stay. If I ever visit Tulsa again I will definitely stay at this house!

Beautiful little house right in midtown Tulsa. Very warm, inviting, and clean. Super convenient to restaurants and coffee shops. The host was wonderful as well. Check-in process was very smooth and communication was excellent. Only regret was not being able to stay a few more days!

Cute house in a good location.House is located right off Interstate 244, so was easy to get on and off the main West to East highway in Tulsa. Within walking distance to a breakfast place (Tally’s on Route 66) and 5 minutes from all kinds of restaurants. We chose the Mexican Restaurant that was recommended in the house’s book and it was good authentic Mexican food. House is also right down the street from the fairgrounds. Would stay here again.

My husband and I came to the Tulsa area very last minute for a concert at Cain’s Ballroom. We couldn’t have asked for a better place that was literally in THE BEST location for everything!!! The house was perfect and exactly as described. Very clean and had everything needed for our stay. All of the attractions along Route 66 were great, as well as all of the little boutiques, restaurants, etc…along Cherry St or down town. Everywhere we went, the people were so welcoming and kind. We had a WONDERFUL time!!!

Excellent host! Couldn't ask for better communication. Hosts provided a couple of specialty items I requested ahead of time. They also came right away (and fixed it) when we reported a small water problem. Easy to get to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Walkable neighborhood. Nice hardwood and tile flooring. Wonderful backyard for eating outdoors, with great flat grass yard for kids and adults. Was able to watch various birds and rabbits from back patio doors.

We had a great stay with a horse show at Fairgrounds. Very quiet with nice neighbors. Love our host, Clark, who even asked about how our show was going. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals. Cleaning is superb with comfortable beds. Will come back.

Such a great location! Easy to find, communication was great. We'll definitely book again when we're back in Tulsa. The house is right off of Route 66, super close to great dining (Kilkennys!) and many breweries (Nothing Left). If you're considering booking, you won't regret it!

My husband and I traveled to Tulsa to attend my 40th high school reunion and homecoming. For some reason, we've used VRBO just about everywhere except "home." We're so glad we decided to stay at Clark's home this time. It was the perfect central location, and nothing we did was more than a 10-15 minute drive away. We loved being so close to the Mother Road Market and having Dunkin just down the street made for breakfast convenience. The house itself is cute, clean, comfortable and well supplied. We appreciated the snacks Clark left on the counter. Most of all, we appreciated Clark's responsiveness as a host. We didn't need anything but he checked in to be sure we arrived safely, asked if it would convenient to pop over and water some new grass he'd overseeded, and was just so kind and friendly throughout. Stayed here for National Wrestling Championship at BOK. This home was PERFECT! Close, but not to far. Took us 10 minutes and and easy drive to get there. The home was amazing and our host was very nice. We chatted like old friends! I would definitely use this home again if I ever came to Tulsa! Everything you could imagine was available! Kitchen is a bakers dream! Beds were amazingly comfortable! Neighborhood was quiet and safe! The hand book gave great suggestions for dining and things to do. Back yard quiet, great room for our dog to run and explore!

1st time I had been to Tulsa, so I had no idea where to stay. We had 2 puppies with us so we knew a pet friendly place with a fenced in yard was a requirement. Cleanliness is my #1 priority after that. Somehow we lucked out! This place wads perfect. The minute we walked through the door we immediately felt welcome and like we were "home." Very clean with a big back yard. The decor was inviting and exactly what we needed. The master bedroom mattress was divine! Spent an evening listening to the albums provided and loved every second of it. The communication with the host was extremely quick, and his helpfulness and suggestions were much appreciated. Don't waste time looking any further. :-)

Great spot for a couples getaway! We were in town for a half marathon and this place was perfect! Super convenient to almost everything - we loved the single k cup brewer and the record/cd player in the dining room. We had a great time unwinding with no kids! Thanks again and would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home away from home near the Fairgrounds for our 12 night stay! Owners are very accommodating and the home has everything you could need for your stay. Big backyard and covered porch for your morning coffee or evening gathering. Big kitchen with all the extra's, comfortable beds and pillows, clean and nice size family room with smart tv. Will definitely stay again!

If I could give this property MORE than 5 stars I would. Just off Route 66. Close to most all Tulsa attractions. We've stayed here twice over the last 2 years and intend to again next year. Not only is the property as advertised, the hosts are beyond amazing. If you are visiting the Route 66/Tulsa area, this is THE place to stay!
