The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being by the golf course as it was nice to look at. The people who worked at the hotel were gracious and kind. They helped us with whatever we asked for. We liked the pool and the hot tub, but the hot tub was not working as well as it should.

Enjoyed the two night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The other guests were pleasant. We picked the hotel because we wanted to play the golf course Saturday evening. Pool had a temporary chlorine problem that was the only hitch.

Pool area was too hot to use but it’s July, can’t exactly expect much else. The woman at the front desk the whole weekend was so kind and helpful. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend the weekend.

The staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Hot tub had a roach floating in it.. but could have been from previous guest in his mid 30's that was taking Video of my teenage girls in their swim suits!!! I was not happy about that, but I also didn't tell management, so not on them. I handled it myself. I did check all beds upon arriving and no sign of bugs whats so ever. Aside from the perv, the girls and I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast attendant was very sweet.

we have stayed at Crown Pointe several times and had a good experience each time. There is a race track next door with races running until ten PM, they did not run in the winter when we were there, so it is noisy until then.

We stayed here for a golf tournament. Our room overlooked the green on one of the holes. View was great, staff was great, stay was great. Would definitely recommend staying here if someone was golfing this connecting course. Breakfast was just OK, though.

Great room and most of the staff were wonderful. On Monday morning we went to breakfast and the breakfast attendant was sitting at a table playing on her tablet. Did not even notice we were there. Asked her something and was ignored. The lady on Sunday was so much better. She is great at her job.

Traveled for a softball tournament. Desk clerk was very sweet, accepted our pizza from driver so we could feed the team after our games. Also, there was a couple from another team trying to check in after our games were over. They verbally and physically assaulted the young desk clerk and we assisted in getting them trespassed. She was really sweet and didn’t deserve that. She tried to handle it the best she knew how and was very professional.

This was the first hotel where you could walk on the carpets and not get your socks dirty. They keep everything nice and clean. Breakfast had hot items and cold items. Close to shopping area. Right next to a golf course. We are very happy with our stay! Great job Crown Pointe Lodge!!

We stayed here for a golf tournament. Our room overlooked the green on one of the holes. View was great, staff was great, stay was great. Would definitely recommend staying here if someone was golfing this connecting course. Breakfast was just OK, though.

Very quaint, extremely clean indoor swimming pool & hot tub. Breakfast was eggs, sausage. Pancakes. Biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, yogurt and b9x cereals Coffee, juices, milk Golfing not far from restaurants.

Arrived at 10 PM it was nice to have a helpful front desk person. Room was clean. However, the l ceiling light just inside the front door is a CFL and very dim the first 10 minutes. Same for the bathroom sconces on each side of the mirror. The light bulbs in two light fixtures between the beds, we’re both out. When I went to the front desk and ask if they could provide lightbulbs, I was told “sorry not permitted. It’s a maintenance issue.” There is a chair in the room, but some prior guest moved it so it’s partially blocking the aisle at the bottom of the beds. Why hasn’t a staff member put it back in the corner where it belongs and out-of-the-way so one doesn’t hit your shins on it? Breakfast was very yummy with tons of great options. Their veggie cheese omelettes were wonderful. Three choices of juice, milk, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, bacon, pancakes. Dining room was very clean. My only complaint was the hot water for the tea was run through the coffee machine to heat it so the water tasted just like coffee.. yuk! I brought this up at the front desk at checkout and she said the staff is supposed to change the basket and would make a note to make sure it’s done in the future. We really love this place as it’s not in downtown Farmington and it’s very quiet, overlooking a golf course next to woods.
