Condo noisy, not a Avista "gold " more a "brass " unit. Rental agent not very helpful, pricing deceptive, not including 25% in additional charges in the rate.

the check in with the host was a nightmare they did not do what they said they would do i am 63 and these were the worst folks i have ever tried to get a room fromthe property was in a good location but was dated stove and dishwasher were older models the toilet was really low and hard to get off of the tub was an older jacuzzi type hard to step in and out of would not rent from this company again they acted shady

Avista Resort is excellent. Great staff and amenities. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will return in the spring.
