Holiday Inn Agra MG Road an IHG Hotel

Room was okay, shower room did not have separation and the water kept on coming to the floor. In-room dining menu was good, the staff were helpful and polite. Check-in time and check-out times were longer.

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort.

Clean rooms / good breakfast & dinner

Good value for money, room is clean and restaurant service is pretty good

Lobby was nice and clean. Rooms were good, bathroom was bad, no exhaust so all moisture just built up. There was mold all around the shower. Shower head was loose so couldn’t even adjust it. Sofa was dirty/moldy. Check in was hard they lost our reservation and claimed they never got the payment. Even though i had confirmation from hotel and payment. I had to message Expedia to have them call and sort it out. Not what I want to deal with after a long drive and seeing taj. After all that we walk into the room and you have to pay an insane price for water bottles (130 rupees for a 20 rupee bottle). While every other hotel i’ve stayed at provides free water bottles.
